The primary bedroom has an electric fireplace and lots of storage to make your stay more enjoyable. The bathroom has a walk in shower and amazing claw foot tub. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make wonderful meals and of course there's a BBQ on the lower outside deck. This property is steps away from your ocean adventure and there are numerous kayak - paddle board rental companies within walking distance. Several fresh water lakes are within a 10 minute drive. Also within walking distance are numerous restaurants, pubs and a spa as well as the famous Butchart Gardens (5 min, 2km walk away) where you can see their spectacular summer fireworks from the suite. All other amenities are within a short drive.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due on arrival. The property will be assessed after check-out and the deposit released to the guest within 14 business days if there are no claims to be made When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
100% of the total rental amount is refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. Contracts lasting 90 days or more can be terminated with a 30 day notice period.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
