Entry is by keycode so is contactless Our beautiful 3-bedroom villa is in Briargrove, close to Kissimmee, Orlando and Disney enabling you to return for lunch and a quick dip in the pool before returning to Disney for the evening's festivities. It is close to all the theme parks, shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Publix is only 2 mile drive away, As well as the major theme parks, you will also find activities such as golf, fishing, jet skiing, go-karting, horseback riding, air boats within easy reach. There are 5 golf courses all within 10 miles of the villa. The south-facing pool and lanai are 21 by 34 foot. The pool is completely screened in an unusually large garden which is completely fenced in and, therefore, private. It is furnished with luxury furniture including loungers, ottomans and a table and chairs with umbrella. The lounge - dining area has a laminated wood floor and alarmed French windows leading to the pool. The breakfast bar is open to the kitchen area. The room has a cable television, DVD and CD players and 2 large, comfortable sofas. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6. The backyard is fully fenced ensuring privacy.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150.00 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 150.00 USD

Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival)

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 70.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 150.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 30.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service.
