Beautiful furnishings and high end bedding make this a comfortable stay for all. We are lake view with public beach access and a public boat ramp minutes from the home (beach is 1 - 4 mile) . A canoe and kayaks are provided to make your lake stay complete. Wellington state park is minutes away for boating, swimming, and hiking. For winter time, skiing and boarding at Ragged and Tenney mountain are both 10 minutes away, as well as snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. Professionally cleaned with outstanding Covid protocol for your safety!

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 500 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Venmo
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 2 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 1 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.
