Beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets, one of a kind property. 1.5 hrs from GTA Enjoy paddle board, canoeing, waterfront, hot tub, firepit, BBQ, fishing, cozy fire place, free WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING, Fully equipped high end kitchen, private dock, quiet treed neighborhood, all the amenities for an outstanding getaway. 10 minutes drive to Buckhorn City Centre. Near to Golf Courses, shopping and dining and hiking. 5 Bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms , sleeps up to 16 people . Fully equipped high end kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, living room , washer and dryer. TV, WiFi , satellite highs speed internet , streaming service, books. Ping pong table and hot tub. BBQ on Deck. Private Dock, it can be used for 30 foot boat. Outdoor fire pit (We provide one bag of the wood!). No neighbors nearby. Seasonal lake toys: two paddle boards, two canoes, basic fishing rods & life jackets (Lake items available from May 1st to October 31st). Located on the Trent-Severn Waterway. Please Note: We provide linens, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, body wash, shampoos and towels(Laundry on-site!) *Guest access* Guests have access to the whole property and cottage, with the exception of the utility room *Other things to note* Connects to all big lakes around as it's located on Trent Lakes.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.90 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750.00 CAD is due 2 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 8 adults and 8 children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 450.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
