Our villa, one of the most beautiful villages in Budva, in a rural village away from the sea. You can find our villa overlooking the Becici beach. Placed in an advantageous position it is easily accessible by our guests. Built with respect for our Paštrovic architectural tradition and regard for your absolute comfort, our Villa offers private verandas a unique view of the Adriatic sea, and in the distance the medieval city of Budva.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.90 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 100.00 EUR is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
