We invite you to spend your summer vacation in a new place. 2 level Maisonette in a very modern building, near the main entrance of the Marine Park, 100 meters from the beach. Very close to the very center of Bourgas - Troykata square is at 700 m Black sea is a 3 minute walk from the property crossing a Park. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a public boat launch ramp. Beautiful, spacious, modern apartment is located on 3-4 floors, the house has an elevator. On the first level is a room with a large sofa that can sleeps two & a kitchen. On the upper level is a bedroom with a double bed that sleeps two, a roll out cot that sleeps one person & sofa that sleeps one person. A large bathroom with shower. The house is 20 meters from the park, in the yard, under the windows there is no motion,very quiet.

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
