Great stay
Location was fantastic. 500 steps to beach board walk (I counted). Comfortable space for my family of three. Super simple check in and check out. Would stay again.

Great place!
It was a great place for a family 4. Walking distance to the beach, ABC is nearby. There are food trucks in front of the building which was great. It was also close to different bus lines. It was a great place to stay.

Not sure I would stay here again.
I stayed in Unit 303. The description was more or less accurate. The layout as pictured. The apartment has been updated. Its really convenient to the beach. I felt safer after management fixed the lock on the patio door. The bathroom and shower were good. The bed was comfortable. Some concerns - I didn't find the kitchen as clean as I like. Kitchen utensils were sparse and not all of them clean. One of the heating elements on the stove didn't work properly. There aren't enough plug ins for devices and the plug in by the bed was unreliable - needs to be fixed. <br/>There was some noise from the upstairs unit and from the generator from the food truck in the alley. There was a lack of cleaning products, the vacuum didn't work and the dust pan wasn't easy to sweep dirt into. Floor fan didn't work. I called the property management twice. Once they responded quickly. Once they didn't respond at all - left 2 messages. <br/>I booked with the transportation company recommended on the website - Paradise Transportation. I had to prepay. They didn't show up at the airport despite my calling twice and texting twice. Don't use them.

Great stay
This rental was more than we expected. The condo was clean and fully stocked. The reservations team was very accommodating with our requests to extend our stay and responsed in a very timely manner. The location was also great, less than 300ft to the bus stop and the convenience store. We were also about 500ft to the beach. <br/><br/>Our only issue that 2 of the 4 burners of the stove didn't work. There is also limited topper wear to store food.<br/><br/>We would definitely stay again.

Cabana Waikiki 1 BDR 3rd Fl B
Our 16 night stay at the Cabana Waikiki was great. We had a small maintenace issue and they came out and fixed it within hours of reporting it. The property mgmt team was very quick to respond to questions and were quite accommodating. The location is great. There are some delicious food trucks right outside for the nights you don't want to cook and are reasonably priced. My husband and I both were working remotely while staying there and had no problems with internet and loved being just a 7 min walk to the beach.

Great apartment in the heart of Waikiki
This was the second time we stayed in these apartments. With two adults and two young children they are perfect. You can cook during the day, go out for dinner at night. The zoo and beach are both less than a 5 minute walk. It’s quiet at night so great for getting a good nights sleep.

Great Location
This property is in a good location, near Waikiki Beach,many restaurants and tour opportunities. The property was old but clean. It was a bit cramped for 3 adults but adequate for a short stay.

The Cabana is getting a small facelift from AOAO, they are making small improvements to courtyard and even painting some areas, but our #303 condo has new flooring, furniture upgrades, and paint. Palekaiko (Paradise)
Vacation rental was “BEAUTIFUL”. House was super furnished & cleaned as advertised. My parents were travelled from Auckland, NZ for a week to visit me & they loved it!! Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen & Living room we’re amazingly convenient for our stay. Location was perfect & staff was friendly & helpful on the phone when we had inquiries.

The condo was in a perfect location, close to the beach, zoo, kapiolani park, shopping! It is also very clean and had all the amenities needed! The staff were very efficient and came to check right away to fix what needed to be fixed. (The toilet kept running). The only thing it did not have was parking.

Great stay
Pleasantly surprised with our stay here. Very roomy and loved the layout compared to your traditional hotel. Would stay again. The few cons: the two flights of stairs to walk up (good exercise to work off your vacation diet?). More importantly the wifi was quite dodgy the whole trip and when we contacted the property manager, we never received a reply and therefore had to use a lot of our own cellphone data. Overall, good stay.

Nice, clean apartment; a few issues
This apartment was in a great location, just down the block from the beach and near a park, making it great for walking or exploring. We initially had trouble with the key fob that opens the front gate. We arrived at 3 am, managed to get the fob out of the lock box, but could not get it to work, waving it in front of every possible thing attached to the gate (in the dark, with a lawn sprinkler soaking my husband's pants). We called the emergency number for the property, and they directed us to a new fob right away, which worked like a charm. I was glad we had a cell phone for calling the emergency number and also glad that they were staffed 24 hours a day and available in the wee hours of the morning. Also the wifi quit working, and was fixed within a few days.

Cute little condo in a perfect location!
This was a great little condo located perfectly in Waikiki! It was beautifully kept condo perfect for couples! <br/><br/>We visited off season in January and it was still very busy! The location was just a few blocks from the beach. With in one clock you could do plenty of shopping and loads of amazing restaurants! Lots of rain showers but also lots of rainbows. <br/><br/>We parked in the Zoo parking lot which was an hourly rate. This worked out for us because of off season and we ventured outside of Waikiki quite a bit! <br/><br/>Overall lovely condo and lovely location! Highly recommend it!

comfortable stay close to Kapi’olanii Park
It was perfect for us. Not high class but very comfortable, and clean. It was well stocked kitchen appliances, pans, coffee pot etc. Everything worked well, air conditioner, TV, internet and call to ask for staff help. Although you are surrounded by apartments on all sides, it was quiet and has a secure gate and code system. Best of all it is on the edge of Waikiki, close to Kapi’olani Park and Kaimana Beach! We would stay there again.<br/>

Waikiki home away from home
We love staying at this apartment. The location is amazing. The proximity to beach, zoo, diamond head, supermarket make it very easy to liv3 like a local. It suits our family (2 adults and 2 kids). We will definitely stay again.

Great location and nice place

Fabulous location - clean and modern
Great location two blocks from the beach. It was modern and clean with rear air conditioning. Full kitchen which was also nice. This unit was on the third floor with no elevator so may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Everything was provided and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend

Everything you need
This condo was everything we needed for a small family of 3. A small kitchen, separate spaces for living area and bedroom, clean, and an awesome location. It was minutes away from the beach, park, zoo, restaurants, food truck, farmers market and craft fair. The unit was very clean and the building well cared for. For the price nothing compared, we are definitely saving this as one of our go to Waikiki spots.

Great Location
The condo is just 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach, 1 block from a bus stop and convenient to restaurants & shops. The unit itself showed signs of age, but was overall clean and well stocked. The trundle bed was a good place for kids to sleep. Would rent here again - it offered everything we needed for a good price.

I was ok
I like the aparment but need some little impruves, like<br/>tv is only local channels, check out is 10 am (supose be 12) but the rest was ok, confortable secure and is anithing the you goin to need, complete; maines guy very nice he help a lot, if you call him hi be there less then 5 minutes,(we call him only ones for the wifi, i give 8 star from 10, the only bad thing is check out early and tv.

Charming cozy condo, perfect for families
A fantastic alternative to hotel rooms. This was our family's first vacation to Hawaii and we had an awesome time. The Cabana at Waikiki is conveniently located on the quieter side of the main strip and only a couple of short blocks away from the beach. The building is quite secure, with multiple security gates. The condo unit itself, is clean, well equipped and has a nice large, comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's rest after a full day of activities. Alii Beach Rental has a great team, who are professional and quick to accommodate their guests needs. Check in & check out process is simple, and Alii Beach Rental provides you detailed documentation with all information you would need to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend for others to stay at the Cabana at Waikiki.

Great Location - adequate accommadation
Apartment was well equipped, including even beach chairs and boogie boards. Close to beach and many restaurants. Laundry area is a plus. Very safe. A little street noise at night if you want the windows open. Very clean and neat.

Low Rise Apartment, good location
Great location, and a great option for those that don't want to stay in a high rise.<br/>Our only main gripe was the carpet at the end of the bed was wet and stayed damp for most of the time? Not ideal when travelling with a crawling baby. Loved the Ali'i beach rentals app, full of great information. Comfy bed. Noise level not bad with windows closed.

Location can't be beat
The Cabana is a great place to stay mainly because of it's location. It is a mere few steps from the bus stop and conveniently located near the beach. The property itself is newly furnished, and the body boards and beach chairs are a nice plus. Can't complain much about the size of the room, especially for the price. One thing though: there is no elevator so we had to lug our huge bags (and boxes) up the 3 flights of stairs. Best if you just have a few pieces of luggage on you.

Cabana at 303
It's really great. Very short strol to the beach, great food and shopping. I think the location was ideal for Waikiki. No rental car needed and the condo has all you need with kitchen and cooking appliances. I would go there again.

Unit in need of cleaning and upkeep
Great location...Unit was filthy. Dirty towels...Sheets. I had to do laundry before I used anything. This unit needs a deep cleaning and owner needs to invest in new towels..Sheets..pillows. pictures on internet look a lot better than in reality

Waikiki Cabana 303
Impressive!<br/><br/>Everything about the booking was smooth and flawless. These guys certainly have created a hassle free process. Everything was well described and informative. Location was good. Close to Zoo, beach easy walk to most of town. Having the ability to cook meal was great however found that the grocery store prices were heavily inflated so would probably have been as cheap to eat out main meals. I do prefer to cook my meals though. Bed was comfy. Access felt safe and secure by gated property. Checking out was a little problem as we left in the dark at 5am. Couldn't see the lock boxes to deposit the key fob. Minor problem though

Happy days at the Cabana
My husband and I stayed at Cabana 303 for 26 days. Our accomodation was very comfortable a great comfortable bed. A great kitchen as we stayed so long I did use the kitchen to cook meals as well as eating out. The proximity to the beach parks zoo aquarium and Diamond head was excellent. The staff of Ali Beach Rentals were very friendly and helpful.

Hawaii trip 2016
Very pleased with my stay. Everything we needed was provided here. Location is perfect, can basically walk to everything. The room was clean and plenty of towels,linens, etc. My only suggestion is that the property as a whole could be a little cleaner, but overall a great place to stay!

Waikki holiday
Perfect location,and apartment size.Carpet was extremely dirty,I covered it when we walked in and never walked on it during our stay.We don't think there should be carpet n rentals.There was sufficient towels and linens,we were in want of nothing.We changed our bed and when I took the sheets of the mattress cover was so dirty I was sick about knowing We slept on should be washed every time there are new tenants.There was a fan in the closet and it was to dirty to use.

Close to everything but..
We love staying at this location. My problem this time was we were sold a one bedroom. The divider between the kitchen and the bed room didn't exist. With a 2 year old that made sleeping an issue for us.

Location, location, location!
This is our second trip to Oahu so we knew where we wanted to stay. This condo was situation 1.5 blocks away from the beach. The room is nice and clean...the carpets are worn but otherwise, the condition of the room was perfect for us. Had everything we needed, plenty of towels, dishware, silverware, cable TV and internet. Bed is really comfy too!

Cabana Review
My family and I had a great experience while staying at the Cabana. The room was clean and very cozy. The location of the hotel was tucked away, hidden from the noise and crowds that you would normally experience if you were to stay on the main roads. Although, we found the overall condition of the room to be good, we did notice that some of the furniture and the bedding were stained and a bit dusty. However, with that said everything else was very enjoyable and we look forward to using Ali'i Beach's services again.

Family Vacation
Cabana Waikiki was perfect for our family with 2 young kids. We walked to the beach daily and had easy access to the buses. The zoo and aquarium were so close which meant times not spent at the beach were easily filled up. There were sand toys and water toys on the balcony which we used and a beverage fridge which came in handy. The only flaw was that the mattress on the day bed was a tad worn so you could feel the springs but it turns out the kids ended up on the trundle or in bed with us anyway, so not an issue, but could be if you did need to use it for an adult.

AMAZING VACATION
This is the 2nd time we have used Waikiki Cabana. It has a great location, close to the beach, the main streets, zoo, we LOVE it. I couldn't help but share with people I met about how clean, friendly and convenient the location is. We will be booking out yearly vacations in Hawaii, and definitely with Waikiki Cabana. Thanks to all the staff that made our vacation so relaxing and with NO problems.

Great Location
We were thrilled that we were two blocks from Waikiki Beach. Pretty much everything you need is at your fingertips. <br/><br/>First day there had to get in touch with Ali Beach rentals, couldn't get tv to work and safe battery was low. Rita was so prompt and has property guy out in 30 mins. He had everything fixed it n 10 minutes :)<br/><br/>Bed was so very comfortable. Lots of pillows from soft to hard. Sheets were clean. Could use a new coverlet tho:) Apt was adequate. Lots of clean towels. <br/><br/>We would stay again with out a doubt.

our first time in Hawaii - Summer 17
It was okay. It was dirty. The futon mattress cover was very dirty, yet they did not provide us extra sheet to put on. Closet floor and under the bad were extremely dirty. Beside the microwave and the fridge, non of the electronic items are working, however once we contacted the owner they were able to send a repairman over, it was a little inconvenience. <br/>It is in a great location if you don't mind street noises.

Slightly Different
There were a few things that needed attention when I arrived. The Stove did not work properly. I opted not to use the stovetop. Mike the repair person did come and work on it. The TV remote does not turn on or off the TV. Mike got the safe working for me as well. Mike was extremely helpful. <br/>The room was close to the beach, although the alley way was a little sketchy. <br/>The fouton cover is in need of a good washing. I used a blanket to cover it. All in all,I made the best of my stay - and you get what you pay for. The room served the purpose - a place for me to sleep while on vacation.

Our stay at The Cabana at Waikiki
We have rented here for three years now and have always enjoyed the accommodation. Good location and condo well laid out. On arrival the safe was not working but I phoned and within an hour Mike was there to fix it.<br/>A day later I phoned and left a message that the kitchen sink stopper was not working and a burner on the stove was not working but I did not get a response.<br/>There was no shower soap, shampoo or conditioner.<br/> And only a half roll of paper towel in kitchen.The outside light does not work.<br/>It appears that the stock is provided for one week but would recommend that it be restocked after week one if necessary.<br/>We would certainly recommend the condo to others.<br/>

Not worth the price
The place was a dump. The bathroom door is super hard to open. The oven is unplugged. The “lock” on the patio door-we’ll I don’t know how to describe it. The “condo” was 2 rooms. If anyone anywhere around you talks,coughs, etc, you hear it. I called before booking and specifically asked if washer and dryer were in the unit and was told yes. Lie! Outside downstairs, and coin operated to boot. Oh and let’s not forget $15 per day to park. Carpet was filthy too.

Great location, condo well kept

Nice place to stay at Waikiki
Perfect location, just two blocks from the beach and the park, one block from the tourist bus stoo. The kitchen in our 1 bedroom suite was fully equipped with the additional refrigerator on the balcony. The parking lot is gated, althugh limited, but we werr advised by VRBO that is common in the area, so no issues with parking reservation in advance. The service on call is friendly and well trained to help.<br/> The durniture and vanities are a little dated, but it is irrelevant for a short stay. The magnetic key would want to be a little bit bigger to avoid fears of loosing it.

Close to everything, was what we expected...
Great location for walking to everything. The condo was functional for our needs (place to sleep, shower, coffee in the morning). The floor was the only thing we felt could have been cleaned better. Also didn't realize the breaker to the hot water heater had been off, so would recommend checking this at arrival.<br/>

a month of fun
The studio was ample for the two of us. The permanent residents in the place were friendly, considerate and helpful. I would have liked a smal vacuum to clean the rug and a safety grab bar in the shower/tub area but apart from that I would say the place is great. The location is wonderful. Currently large scale renovation are taking place on the hotel building across Cartwright and that makes lots of noise during their working hours (7 - 4 ?) This work is certainly temporary but seems like it may go on for some months yet.Nevertheless, I would be happy to rent this place again.

30 days in Waikiki
Location was good as to closeness to beach and shops, restaurants, etc.,but its proximity to youth hostels on the next street made for a very noisy environment which was improved. somewhat after complaints to the management of one of the offending hostels. The apartment itself was fine, though sparsely equipped as to kitchen utensils and cleaning tools, which we think important for a stay of this length but was rectified by management. The building itself could have used some maintenance of the common areas<br/>

Cabana at Waikiki Dec 2011
The location was excellent. The Cabana was as it was described very nice and clean. The location was perfect. when we got there the first night, there were no sheets and pillows for the extra pull out beds. After we called the next day that issue was resolved immediately. we got brand new sheets and pillows, which was very nice. One thing the Alli beach rentals has to work on, is to accommodate people with early check in or bag storage. I arrived at 10 AM from an international flight out of Australia and could not check in til 3PM. i think that at least there should some arrangement were we could store bags. There is bag storage at the airport, but no delivery and it means that you would have to go back and forth to the aiport to pick up luggage. a Taxi ride is $35, so not cheap. Every hotel i stayed in during all my travels had the option to store bags, until it was time to check in. alli beach rentals ahs an agreement with the hotel next door to park cars there for $15 a day, and maybe they can make arrangements for people to leave there bags there for a small fee, until they can check in. When I called from the airport and asked if i could leave the bags in the office, i was basically told that there was no office and the people were working from home. I was then stuck from 10 AM til 3 pm with my suit cases. so, this is definitely one item alli beach should work on to accommodate travellers, other than that, the apartment, the location and the feel about the place were pretty good.

Cheaper and bigger than hotel
I am a former Hawaii resident and have gone back and stayed in a hotel before. I only did once because the hotel rooms are very small, very expensive, and usually charge an extra $30 a day for parking.<br/><br/>In contrast, this place was right in Waikiki and had a lot of room. We parked next door for only $15 a day. The place was pretty darn clean. The only weird thing was the clear glass wall looking into the shower from the living room area. Not a very big deal I guess, but weird.<br/><br/>Another big thing, I left my kindle in the room at checkout and it was returned to me which is pretty big deal. Very happy about that.

Maybe not for a family
The location worked well in terms of being within walking distance to the beach, zoo, aquarium, restaurants, and shopping. But it was very noisy. There was constant noise coming from the hotel next door day and night and unfortunately they were doing construction on the building directly across the street while we were there, Monday-Saturday. There was also an incident of violence in one of the other units at 3:30 in the morning that woke us all up and terrified our son. The police had to be called to take care of the situation. Overall the unit was nice and fairly clean, but the cleanliness of the dishes and cookware as well as the coffee-maker was questionable. Not quite the family environment we were looking for.

Cabana at Waikiki #303
Cabana at Waikiki 303 was great - location was close to everywhere - the beach, shopping, the zoo, etc. The condo was suitable for the two of us, and well equipped - could use some additional cutlery. It was very clean and comfortable. There was construction on Courtright Street, which didn't cause any noise, but in the dark, with all of the equipment, etc. it was a bit intimidating. Parking was awesome as was the security system. We enjoyed our stay at #303!

Good Waikiki Condo
Had a pretty good experience at Cabana Waikiki last week. Had a little trouble with the screen coming off it's track and sliding the trundle bed under the day bed, but other than that it was pretty clean, location was good, and had everything we needed.

Perfect for a stay in paradise
The condo is in good condition, excellent location and has everything you need for a perfect stay in paradise. We liked that there are only living a small number of parties there, so it was clean, safe and quiet inside the building. Would definitely recommend this property. Great Place, some upgrades required
The location was great and very convenient to the beach and conveniently located & accessible to all major attractions & shopping. The bath tub tap needs adjustment, so both hot & cold water could be accessed. Better quality toilet tissues and more kitchen tissue rolls required. Management could be more flexibile when it comes to dates, refunds during unforeseen circumstances.

it was the perfect location. getting towed really put a damper on the vacation. but the owner made a goodwill gesture by paying for parking for the rest of the stay. The bathroom floor was not as clean as i'd like it to be. Also having a spare set of sheets would be great. overall, it was a great stay, and we would come back.

Perfect location!
We booked two cabanas for a work-related conference at the Hawaii Convention Center. We were very impressed with how close to everything the cabanas were! Just the right amount of space from the busy Waikiki strip, yet only two short blocks from the beach. Parking was not an issue either (we had two vehicles and were able to find street parking every day). The hotel was spacious and clean, with ample space for 3 adults. The trundle bed was surprisingly comfortable as well. Overall, this was a great rental experience. I look forward to booking it for myself during my next visit!

Cabana 303
The facility is dated. The day bed was uncomfortable, several lights need to be replaced tv remote did not function properly, no cross ventalation, no way to control ceiling fan in the bead room, no way to close off bedroom from front room and shower drained so slow you ended up standing in 3 to 4 inches of water. That said the location was great and if available at booking parking is on site. Would we stay there again probablly not.

The place for vacation at Cabana, Honolulu
This is a very convenient place to stay: a very cosy and clean unit practically has everything to have a rest, very close to the beach and two main stores, located on very quite street. Location was Great!
Staying at the Cabana 303 location is convenient to beach, shopping, restaurants surroundings. However the place itself can be improve such as: pillows are way too flat, needs dusting (dusts are very visible), Bathroom needs new hair dryer - check the wall plug as well its not safe, bath tub is very slippery needs mat, kitchen is alright but lacking dish rags. Also, it seems to have lots of bum/homeless people hanging outside especially along the corner.

A nice place to stay
Property is very close to just about everything. 5 minute or less walk to Waikiki Beach and shopping. Parking rental recommended because street parking is difficult to find. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Snowbirds' Wonderful Escape
We loved the beach, zoo and easy access to the main library and art academy as well as shopping and browsing at Ala Moana. Too, with Don Quixote and the Pantry within comfortable walking distance, plus the many ABC stores nearby, we had no complaints.<br/>We have only a couple of suggestions: if possible, please change the ironing board cover (on room 303, for sure)so that it fits properly and won't slip off and up so that one can iron properly. The other is to please check the lower part of the shower curtain for<br/>mold(?) stains. <br/>We enjoyed our stay with you. Thank you. <br/>

Convenient, affordable and enjoyable play to stay!
Location was very close to the beach and convenient to get to eateries, market, and shopping by walking. I really enjoyed the studio space and the only frustration was that windows did not necessarily close all the way to shut out noise (but probably that is to keep rooms ventilated).

Great value in Waikiki
Property was nice and close to beach. If you are looking for value and not luxury, this is it. Perfect for budget conscious travellers of 2 or 3. We have a family of 4 so apartment was a bit tight but functional. Staff was very helpful. We arrived Dec 31 and emails were responded to right away and our needs taken care of. One request is to have a recycling station. We Canadians are so used to recycling therefore having to look around for a recycling station was difficult. Thank you for having us!

Great condo by the beach!
This is a great location and the price was just right! I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone on a budget with small children. It is cozy but I would recommend that the sheets be changed preferably without any stains other than that I had a wonderful experience and would go back if clean sheets were provided.

In a couple of our buildings we have more units than parking spaces, and if this is the case, then parking is a first come first serve basis. There are other parking options around our buildings as well.

It was okay. It was dirty. The futon mattress cover was very dirty, yet they did not provide us extra sheet to put on. Closet floor and under the bad were extremely dirty. Beside the microwave and the fridge, non of the electronic items are working, however once we contacted the owner they were able to send a repairman over, it was a little inconvenience. <br/>It is in a great location if you don't mind street noises.

There were a few things that needed attention when I arrived. The Stove did not work properly. I opted not to use the stovetop. Mike the repair person did come and work on it. The TV remote does not turn on or off the TV. Mike got the safe working for me as well. Mike was extremely helpful. <br/>The room was close to the beach, although the alley way was a little sketchy. <br/>The fouton cover is in need of a good washing. I used a blanket to cover it. All in all,I made the best of my stay - and you get what you pay for. The room served the purpose - a place for me to sleep while on vacation.

We were thrilled that we were two blocks from Waikiki Beach. Pretty much everything you need is at your fingertips. <br/><br/>First day there had to get in touch with Ali Beach rentals, couldn't get tv to work and safe battery was low. Rita was so prompt and has property guy out in 30 mins. He had everything fixed it n 10 minutes :)<br/><br/>Bed was so very comfortable. Lots of pillows from soft to hard. Sheets were clean. Could use a new coverlet tho:) Apt was adequate. Lots of clean towels. <br/><br/>We would stay again with out a doubt.

Cabana Waikiki was perfect for our family with 2 young kids. We walked to the beach daily and had easy access to the buses. The zoo and aquarium were so close which meant times not spent at the beach were easily filled up. There were sand toys and water toys on the balcony which we used and a beverage fridge which came in handy. The only flaw was that the mattress on the day bed was a tad worn so you could feel the springs but it turns out the kids ended up on the trundle or in bed with us anyway, so not an issue, but could be if you did need to use it for an adult.

Very pleased with my stay. Everything we needed was provided here. Location is perfect, can basically walk to everything. The room was clean and plenty of towels,linens, etc. My only suggestion is that the property as a whole could be a little cleaner, but overall a great place to stay!

My family and I had a great experience while staying at the Cabana. The room was clean and very cozy. The location of the hotel was tucked away, hidden from the noise and crowds that you would normally experience if you were to stay on the main roads. Although, we found the overall condition of the room to be good, we did notice that some of the furniture and the bedding were stained and a bit dusty. However, with that said everything else was very enjoyable and we look forward to using Ali'i Beach's services again.

We love staying at this location. My problem this time was we were sold a one bedroom. The divider between the kitchen and the bed room didn't exist. With a 2 year old that made sleeping an issue for us.

This is our second trip to Oahu so we knew where we wanted to stay. This condo was situation 1.5 blocks away from the beach. The room is nice and clean...the carpets are worn but otherwise, the condition of the room was perfect for us. Had everything we needed, plenty of towels, dishware, silverware, cable TV and internet. Bed is really comfy too!

Perfect location,and apartment size.Carpet was extremely dirty,I covered it when we walked in and never walked on it during our stay.We don't think there should be carpet n rentals.There was sufficient towels and linens,we were in want of nothing.We changed our bed and when I took the sheets of the mattress cover was so dirty I was sick about knowing We slept on should be washed every time there are new tenants.There was a fan in the closet and it was to dirty to use.

My husband and I stayed at Cabana 303 for 26 days. Our accomodation was very comfortable a great comfortable bed. A great kitchen as we stayed so long I did use the kitchen to cook meals as well as eating out. The proximity to the beach parks zoo aquarium and Diamond head was excellent. The staff of Ali Beach Rentals were very friendly and helpful.

Impressive!<br/><br/>Everything about the booking was smooth and flawless. These guys certainly have created a hassle free process. Everything was well described and informative. Location was good. Close to Zoo, beach easy walk to most of town. Having the ability to cook meal was great however found that the grocery store prices were heavily inflated so would probably have been as cheap to eat out main meals. I do prefer to cook my meals though. Bed was comfy. Access felt safe and secure by gated property. Checking out was a little problem as we left in the dark at 5am. Couldn't see the lock boxes to deposit the key fob. Minor problem though

It's really great. Very short strol to the beach, great food and shopping. I think the location was ideal for Waikiki. No rental car needed and the condo has all you need with kitchen and cooking appliances. I would go there again.

The Cabana is a great place to stay mainly because of it's location. It is a mere few steps from the bus stop and conveniently located near the beach. The property itself is newly furnished, and the body boards and beach chairs are a nice plus. Can't complain much about the size of the room, especially for the price. One thing though: there is no elevator so we had to lug our huge bags (and boxes) up the 3 flights of stairs. Best if you just have a few pieces of luggage on you.

A fantastic alternative to hotel rooms. This was our family's first vacation to Hawaii and we had an awesome time. The Cabana at Waikiki is conveniently located on the quieter side of the main strip and only a couple of short blocks away from the beach. The building is quite secure, with multiple security gates. The condo unit itself, is clean, well equipped and has a nice large, comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's rest after a full day of activities. Alii Beach Rental has a great team, who are professional and quick to accommodate their guests needs. Check in & check out process is simple, and Alii Beach Rental provides you detailed documentation with all information you would need to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend for others to stay at the Cabana at Waikiki.

Great location, and a great option for those that don't want to stay in a high rise.<br/>Our only main gripe was the carpet at the end of the bed was wet and stayed damp for most of the time? I like the aparment but need some little impruves, like<br/>tv is only local channels, check out is 10 am (supose be 12) but the rest was ok, confortable secure and is anithing the you goin to need, complete; maines guy very nice he help a lot, if you call him hi be there less then 5 minutes,(we call him only ones for the wifi, i give 8 star from 10, the only bad thing is check out early and tv.

The condo is just 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach, 1 block from a bus stop and convenient to restaurants & shops. The unit itself showed signs of age, but was overall clean and well stocked. The trundle bed was a good place for kids to sleep. Would rent here again - it offered everything we needed for a good price.

This is a great location and the price was just right! I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone on a budget with small children. It is cozy but I would recommend that the sheets be changed preferably without any stains other than that I had a wonderful experience and would go back if clean sheets were provided.

We loved the beach, zoo and easy access to the main library and art academy as well as shopping and browsing at Ala Moana. Too, with Don Quixote and the Pantry within comfortable walking distance, plus the many ABC stores nearby, we had no complaints.<br/>We have only a couple of suggestions: if possible, please change the ironing board cover (on room 303, for sure)so that it fits properly and won't slip off and up so that one can iron properly. The other is to please check the lower part of the shower curtain for<br/>mold(?) stains. <br/>We enjoyed our stay with you. Thank you. <br/>

Property was nice and close to beach. If you are looking for value and not luxury, this is it. Perfect for budget conscious travellers of 2 or 3. We have a family of 4 so apartment was a bit tight but functional. Staff was very helpful. We arrived Dec 31 and emails were responded to right away and our needs taken care of. One request is to have a recycling station. We Canadians are so used to recycling therefore having to look around for a recycling station was difficult. Thank you for having us!

Location was very close to the beach and convenient to get to eateries, market, and shopping by walking. I really enjoyed the studio space and the only frustration was that windows did not necessarily close all the way to shut out noise (but probably that is to keep rooms ventilated).

This is a very convenient place to stay: a very cosy and clean unit practically has everything to have a rest, very close to the beach and two main stores, located on very quite street. Staying at the Cabana 303 location is convenient to beach, shopping, restaurants surroundings. However the place itself can be improve such as: pillows are way too flat, needs dusting (dusts are very visible), Bathroom needs new hair dryer - check the wall plug as well its not safe, bath tub is very slippery needs mat, kitchen is alright but lacking dish rags. Also, it seems to have lots of bum/homeless people hanging outside especially along the corner.

The facility is dated. The day bed was uncomfortable, several lights need to be replaced tv remote did not function properly, no cross ventalation, no way to control ceiling fan in the bead room, no way to close off bedroom from front room and shower drained so slow you ended up standing in 3 to 4 inches of water. That said the location was great and if available at booking parking is on site. Would we stay there again probablly not.

We booked two cabanas for a work-related conference at the Hawaii Convention Center. We were very impressed with how close to everything the cabanas were! Just the right amount of space from the busy Waikiki strip, yet only two short blocks from the beach. Parking was not an issue either (we had two vehicles and were able to find street parking every day). The hotel was spacious and clean, with ample space for 3 adults. The trundle bed was surprisingly comfortable as well. Overall, this was a great rental experience. I look forward to booking it for myself during my next visit!

Had a pretty good experience at Cabana Waikiki last week. Had a little trouble with the screen coming off it's track and sliding the trundle bed under the day bed, but other than that it was pretty clean, location was good, and had everything we needed.

The location was great and very convenient to the beach and conveniently located & accessible to all major attractions & shopping. The bath tub tap needs adjustment, so both hot & cold water could be accessed. Better quality toilet tissues and more kitchen tissue rolls required. Management could be more flexibile when it comes to dates, refunds during unforeseen circumstances.

it was the perfect location. getting towed really put a damper on the vacation. but the owner made a goodwill gesture by paying for parking for the rest of the stay. The location worked well in terms of being within walking distance to the beach, zoo, aquarium, restaurants, and shopping. But it was very noisy. There was constant noise coming from the hotel next door day and night and unfortunately they were doing construction on the building directly across the street while we were there, Monday-Saturday. There was also an incident of violence in one of the other units at 3:30 in the morning that woke us all up and terrified our son. The police had to be called to take care of the situation. Overall the unit was nice and fairly clean, but the cleanliness of the dishes and cookware as well as the coffee-maker was questionable. Not quite the family environment we were looking for.

Cabana at Waikiki 303 was great - location was close to everywhere - the beach, shopping, the zoo, etc. The condo was suitable for the two of us, and well equipped - could use some additional cutlery. It was very clean and comfortable. There was construction on Courtright Street, which didn't cause any noise, but in the dark, with all of the equipment, etc. it was a bit intimidating. Parking was awesome as was the security system. We enjoyed our stay at #303!

The studio was ample for the two of us. The permanent residents in the place were friendly, considerate and helpful. I would have liked a smal vacuum to clean the rug and a safety grab bar in the shower/tub area but apart from that I would say the place is great. The location is wonderful. Currently large scale renovation are taking place on the hotel building across Cartwright and that makes lots of noise during their working hours (7 - 4 ?) This work is certainly temporary but seems like it may go on for some months yet.Nevertheless, I would be happy to rent this place again.

Location was good as to closeness to beach and shops, restaurants, etc.,but its proximity to youth hostels on the next street made for a very noisy environment which was improved. somewhat after complaints to the management of one of the offending hostels. The apartment itself was fine, though sparsely equipped as to kitchen utensils and cleaning tools, which we think important for a stay of this length but was rectified by management. The building itself could have used some maintenance of the common areas<br/>

The location was excellent. The Cabana was as it was described very nice and clean. The location was perfect. when we got there the first night, there were no sheets and pillows for the extra pull out beds. After we called the next day that issue was resolved immediately. we got brand new sheets and pillows, which was very nice. One thing the Alli beach rentals has to work on, is to accommodate people with early check in or bag storage. I arrived at 10 AM from an international flight out of Australia and could not check in til 3PM. i think that at least there should some arrangement were we could store bags. There is bag storage at the airport, but no delivery and it means that you would have to go back and forth to the aiport to pick up luggage. a Taxi ride is $35, so not cheap. Every hotel i stayed in during all my travels had the option to store bags, until it was time to check in. alli beach rentals ahs an agreement with the hotel next door to park cars there for $15 a day, and maybe they can make arrange

I am a former Hawaii resident and have gone back and stayed in a hotel before. I only did once because the hotel rooms are very small, very expensive, and usually charge an extra $30 a day for parking.<br/><br/>In contrast, this place was right in Waikiki and had a lot of room. We parked next door for only $15 a day. The place was pretty darn clean. The only weird thing was the clear glass wall looking into the shower from the living room area. Not a very big deal I guess, but weird.<br/><br/>Another big thing, I left my kindle in the room at checkout and it was returned to me which is pretty big deal. Very happy about that.

I wish there was more parking for guests on-site but the off-site parking was fairly close. The towels were brand new but not washed yet, so they were kind of linty. Location was great even without a view. Overall we loved it and would come back.

Overall a good experience. There was no elevators so if you bring heavy luggage not a good thing. Also, there are limited parking spots which was a big pain for me. I suggest that you do something with your parking situation or at least let guests know before booking or put somewhere on the website about the parking situation. Also in addition, I lifted my pillow and found a tiny bug. This was a little unsettling but I guess you are on an island with lots of bugs and insects.

We were delightfully surprised when we arrived. The condo is newly remodeled and very nicely decorated/furnished. The location was was excellent - just a long block off of Waikiki beach and an even shorter walk to public transport. <br/>My only recommendation would be to better stock the kitchen with some basic essentials: large salad/mixing bowl, a can opener that actually works, a dish rack, and a stopper for the sink would have made the kitchen much more functional (at very little expense).<br/><br/>Thanks for the great stay. Would love to stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The shower head was a little dirty. The only recommendation would be the bed was not that comfortable. The size was great but the pillows were hard and the bedding was outdated.
