Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 500 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

The location was great. You could sit on the balcony and watch the whales playing. The condo was clean and the beds comfortable. The appliances were old but they worked well. There was satellite TV and also Netflix was available.
Suggest that you have transportation, as it is uphill walking to main road, which is tiring if you are a senior citizen.
Good pool.

Fully renovated with pine kitchen, Mexican tiled island, brand new beds, brand new living room sofa, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels. This condo is located in the Tourist Corridor in the gated community of Cabo Bello. We are a five minute drive to Cabo San Lucas, a twenty minute drive to San Jose and a half hour drive to the San Jose Airport. See the sun rise and watch the sun set from this condo. Very tastefully decorated with a Mexican theme. The best beaches are near by, Medano Beach, Santa Maria and Chileon Beach. Cabo Beach is right there in front of us and Monuments Beach (surfing beach) is a 5 minute walk. We have three restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance of the condo. The bus going into Cabo picks up right at the front gates, no need to cross any streets. We have Cabo Country Club golf, Walmart, and Costco within a five minute drive. Enjoy, it is a beautiful place and our gated community is very safe for everyone. We are right next to the Welk Resort Hotel.
