Bellmere on Richards is a unique three bedroom vacation home located between Brisbane and the southern end of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia - the Gateway to the Sunshine Coast.

This stunning home is in the Moreton Bay Region of southeast Queensland, Australia and approximately 50 minutes from Brisbane International & Domestic Airports, 7.8 km from the Caboolture CBD & Hub and a short drive from the $17m Queensland State Equestrian Centre. It is a beautifully appointed self contained home that offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to seven people.

The home is beautifully apopointed and features reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge/dining area, flat screen TV with DVD/CD player, Foxtel, a modern fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and cooktop, three lovely bedrooms with ceiling fans in all rooms (Room 1: Luxury Queen and Single Ensembles, Room 2: Luxury Queen Ensemble, Room 3: Two Single Ensembles), two bathrooms, outdoor dining & BBQ area and wrap around verandahs. Our location has lovely surrounds with gardens and a small orchard, resident native wildlife such as kangaroos and an abundance of birdlife, whilst the property is bounded by Wararba Creek.

Caboolture is ideally central to Brisbane, the Sunshine and Gold Coasts, Sunshine Hinterland, Bribie Island and local Wineries to the west. National Parks and the Glasshouse Mountains are approximately 20 minutes away. We are close to all amenities with a variety of restaurants, major shopping and movie theatres in the Caboolture/Morayfield area, as well as three major Clubs and Taverns. Two railway stations are located within 8km at Caboolture and Morayfield.

Bribie Island is a short drive away, where there are a variety of water activities such as whale watching, jetski hire, deep sea fishing, beaches and more. There are local markets every Sunday in Caboolture and International Markets mid week and on Satrurdays at Eumundi about a 45 minute drive to the north.
