Welcome to your own private luxury Hideout. Guest access: Our caribe style luxury villa has three bedrooms and a separate cabina. There are four queen sized beds and a single bunk bed for guests to use. We can accommodate up to ten people. Guests have complete access of the property! (Except the garage - bodega). The Hideout provides the following: -Large poolside rancho - gazebo with a sink, fridge, couch and a hammock. -Saltwater pool with a rock waterfall & shallow beach area ideal for children. Large front porch with exotic hand made wood furniture and carved wood posts for dining or morning coffee. - Large modern kitchen with granite countertops - island and hardwood cabinetry with all amenities. -Tropical flower botanical garden surrounding the deck area. Sloths, Frogs, Monkeys, Birds, Iguanas, butterflies & many more amazing creatures have been seen on the property. -Less then 150 meters walk to the beautiful black volcanic sand beaches of playa Negra and a short 5-7 min walk to main-street Cahuita , National Park, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Bank & More. Included: ~Internet, Phone ~Outdoor shower & saltwater pool ~Rancho - gazebo with hammocks ~Washer - Dryer ~plenty of hot water ~ electric skillet ~ microwave and toaster oven ~ gas stove ~toiletries ~ bottled water Assistance with tours, shuttle service OR anything else can be discussed during the Grace Period. * PLEASE NOTE* -Partially wheelchair accessible: No handrails in Bathroom & small step to get into shower. Land is mostly accessible with little to no problem. -The second bathroom is located along north side of the house. Guests staying in the cabina will have easy access to it. -The third bedroom is accessed through the second bedroom, it has a closable divider and is ideal for parents with small children. -We fit up to 10 guests, but we do not have 10 separate beds or rooms. The house and cabina accommodate 10 people if all beds are shared. -You cannot stand or jump off the waterfall, it is made of light cement and aluminum. It is hollow with the filtration system inside. The waterfall should not be manually turned on or off, it is on a specific schedule because it is a salt water pool, it runs itself.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 01:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 15 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 15 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 5 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 12:00 AM To 08:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements. Maximum of 10 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
