Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

1.We have security camera outside the front and back door. This will be on during your stay. The sole purpose is to protect you and property, There is absolutely no camera inside.
2. With the COVID-19 Virus,Additional Lysol wipes are available so guests can clean surfaces themselves while staying at the home. And we spray Lysol Disinfectant , Crisp Linen on each bed, if you don't like the smell please let me know when you are booking.
