Stunning sea views from the lounge and bedroom balcony Amazing sea and mountain views Full Dstv 3 seater dining table. Open plan kitchen and Lounge - dining area. The lounge area has a couch that can be used as a sleeper bed for a young child. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, stove, microwave fridge - freezer. Guest are welcome to make use of the pool ( shared with two other units) and dedicated outside - deck area Housekeeping included 1 x per week Walking distance to a grocery store as well as the Hussar grill restaurant 3 min drive down to the very popular Camps Bay strip and beach

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 3000 ZAR is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Quiet Time Policy
