Policies

Check In/Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM
Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Property is not suitable for party groups.
If unreasonably noisy, guest is fined 250.00.
If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
There is no life guard on duty.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements.
Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults., Maximum of 4 Children.
Proof of age may be required for all guests.
Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
Hosting a function/party is not allowed.

Services & Fees

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 120.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.
Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Linen

Beach towels should be brought by guest.
Towels are not allowed outside of the property.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Guest of the reservation 46 days or more prior to the Arrival Date will be without penalty or prejudice; save for a 5% processing fee. The 95% balance of the Deposit amount, subject to any foreign currency exchange loss or gain if not in CAD, will be refunded within 15 business days plus any postal delays, if applicable. Cancellation by the Guest of the reservation between 45 days and 31 days prior to the Arrival Date will result in the Guest forfeiting the Deposit amount as penalty and the Agreement shall be considered terminated. Cancellation by the Guest of the reservation 30 days or less prior to the Arrival Date or cessation of occupancy during the Rental Term for any reason whatsoever will result in the Guest forfeiting the Deposit amount and 100% of the balance as penalty and the Agreement shall be considered terminated. Notwithstanding the above provisions the Owner may, at their sole and unfettered discretion, consider a partial remission of the forfeited amount if the Property is able to be rented to another party for some portion of the cancelled Rental Term.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 35 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing.
Visa, Master Card, Email Money Transfer
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is so well equipped, the owners have given such a lot of thought to everything, little bits that are often missing from self catering places have been provided here.

Communication from the owners is excellent & prompt. All the information for accessing the property was sent to us in plenty of time, along with contact details for if there are problems during the stay (there weren’t).

The condo has underground allocated parking for 1 vehicle, it’s coded access to the parking area, from the information given us there is storage available as well but we didn’t need this. The elevators to the floor the condo is on are just opposite the parking slot, so no distance to haul bags etc. all access is coded which is very reassuring.

The condo is beautiful. The views of the mountains are spectacular & ever changing. There is a fully equipped kitchen, range style cooker, full fridge & freezer, 2 coffee makers, 1 pod one with pods provided, microwave, blender etc., excellent range of pans, crockery & cutlery. In the cupboards there are herbs, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, filter papers for the coffee maker, foil & cling film. There are also plenty of plastic storage containers, brilliant to use to take picnics out for the day. This is one big open plan room with a breakfast bar with seating for 3, a full size dining table that seats 6, there’s a laptop for guests to use which we found very helpful for checking in to our flights as the info couldn’t be uploaded from a tablet. The living room area is very comfy with 2 sofas, 1 a sofa bed, fire place (not available to use whilst we were there, think it’s available for use October - April). Plenty of occasional tables, with coaster provided & lamps. There is access to a covered balcony with a BBQ - we didn’t use this whilst we were there but a beautiful place I’d imagine to spend a quiet hour or so over looking the mountains. A corridor leads to a family bathroom, with bath & shower over. Twin room with comfy beds
The corridor continues to a laundry room with washer & dryer, there was detergent provided which is very thoughtful, I’d brought my own, but appreciated the thought given by the owner to providing sone. A couple of washing baskets are also provided.

Across the corridor is the master bedroom. This room is huge (by UK standards) & is absolutely beautiful. The bed is a super king (maybe bigger) ,the bedding is lovely with plenty of pillows & cushions. Bedside tables with lamps & extension leads with USB plugs for charging as well as convention plugs - the owners really have thought of everything!

There is a good size TV in the room as well. There is plenty of storage closets, additional bedding & towels as well.The master bathroom is a good size with a jet bath tub, a shower enclosure & vanity units. Once again the equipment here shows the owners thoughtfulness, hairdryer, plenty of toilet rolls, cleaning products & toiletries.

Wifi is good. There are DVDs there to watch, also a basket of brochures on places to visit. There’s a park pass & a fob to access the utility areas, hot tubs, gym etc, we didn’t end up using any of these additional facilities in the end, but nice to have them there.

The position in Canmore is great, everything in walking distance, Safeway just across the way & restaurants etc just a few minutes walk away. We walked the policeman’s creek trail one of the days directly from the condo.

We would love to stay again, the pictures are great but really don’t capture just how wonderful this condo is.

The place was perfect for our ski trip to Lake Louise. The owner was very good at communicating with us and being available if we had questions. He had great documents that listed everything we needed to know about our stay at his condo. The condo was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. Some of our highlights were the park pass that was included, the hot tub in the condo building, and the size of the apartment. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Canmore and we will definitely be back!

Majestic views from every window, 1125 square feet on one level, a three-block walk to downtown and adjacent shopping for everything you need makes this one the finest vacation homes in town. Our apartment was built in 2004, has been renovated in 2018 and is beautifully furnished. It can comfortably handle several adults or a family with young children. Our guests have told us that this condo is simply first class.

This is a great base for hiking, biking, skiing and just plain exploring the Rockies. Everything you could want to do is within about an hour drive. Best is when you get back and park for the evening, you are so central in Canmore that you will never need you car.

Everything you need is literally within a block or two. From Groceries, Banking, Coffee Shops and Liquor to Sporting Goods, Electronics, Clothing and Rentals.

Beautiful views out all your windows yet still in the heart of amenities and shopping.

Also rooftop hot tubs with some of the best soaking views around.

A one-level, open floor plan creates a very spacious and comfortable living area that can handle several people without feeling crowded. It is a true 2 bedroom apartment with separate living-room/kitchen (see floor plan) and gives a great deal of privacy to the master bedroom as compared to loft suites. Perfect for separately sleeping adult guests, kids, and to have a quite retreat to the Master Bedroom while others are still up!
