Bow River is a 10 minute walk from the property. There is no beach. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
Why not take a short walk through Canmore town, to the Bow River or enjoy a Swim in Quarry Lake, only 15 minutes by car.
Ski/Board Out is a 20 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is directly back to the property (no walking).
Norquay is about 20 minutes. Sunshine is about 35 minutes. Lake Louise is about 45 minutes to an hour. Nakiska is about 45 minutes. Fortress is about one hour. Kicking Horse is about 1 hour and 45 minutes. There is an hourly bus service from Railway Ave, Canmore, to Banff.

A fantastic condo! We arrived very late after a long trip from UK with no luggage! However, when we opened the door to the condo it was even better than the photos, larger, beautiful pictures and artefacts, very relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable beds. When we opened the curtains in the morning - what a view! The rising sun had set the mountains on fire!! Such a beautiful view! We were there to ski and it was very easy to get to Sunshine (about 30 mins drive), Lake Louise (about 1hr drive), through the park, and we even saw a wolf! There are a couple of nearer resorts but snow was much better at the larger resorts. Safeway is just a few steps away, very convenient and sports rentals nearby too. We cooked in a few times, but must mention the Iron Goat restaurant which was delicious. Also on our last day we walked the Johnston Gorge in the Park which was spectacular! We were given loads of useful information before we left and there was a very informative folder in the condo. The lady who looks after the condo on site was extremely helpful and approachable, especially as we had ongoing problems with our lost luggage! A fantastic place to rent in a fantastic place! I would recommend you BOOK NOW, for any season!

The moment you arrive and enter the underground parkade, with your unique entry code and designated parking place, your vacation starts. The elevator takes you strait from the parkade to your unit on the top floor. You can then enter your condo with a touch keypad. No keys to get lost or to share out amongst your group. On entering your unit you will be met with a breathtaking view through the 2 story windows west to Cascade Mountain and Banff. As the day comes to a close you can share a BBQ with your family or friends on the balcony.

This unit is decorated with Original First Nation artwork and artifacts. Even tho the unit is 21st century we have tried to keep the soft furnishings as you would find in a cozy mountain cabin. We hope that this will inspire you to explore the history of Canmore itself. There are numerous trails that begin only a few yards from Canmore Crossing, waiting for you to start your adventure. We are also able to have flexible bed configurations so we can accommodate up to 7 adults in the most comfortable way possible. This unit has the added luxury of a jetted tub in the downstairs bathroom and a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.

We supply tea, coffee and sugar along with some locally produced chocolate as a welcoming gesture. Your condo is equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home, from teaspoons to towels. Extra towels are provided for the roof top hot tubs. Fortunately, there are two supermarkets within a few steps so no need to bring supplies with you.

We can provide use of a play pen/crib, stroller and booster seat for the duration of your stay. All child and baby equipment are used at your own risk.

Located, as we are, in the heart of Canmore, you have a wide selection of restaurants and pubs that serve a variety of dishes, from fast food to fine dining, for those romantic nights away or family celebrations. However, if you enjoy cooking at home, you will find everything you need in the well appointed kitchen. Canmore also boasts many art galleries, clothing and tourist shops. The new Elevation Place sports complex is just a 5 minute walk away from the apartment so for those of you who enjoy swimming or rock climbing visit the latest addition to Canmore’s infrastructure, which also boasts a fully equipped gym. However, don’t forget there is a small gym just along the corridor from your condo.

We are fortunate to be able to offer two similar condos on the same floor in the same building. They are identical layouts but just decorated differently, so if you’re planning a wedding or a family gathering you may consider renting more than one unit.
