Bow River lake is a 10 minute walk from the property. There is no beach. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
Why not take a short walk through Canmore town, to the Bow River or enjoy a Swim in Quarry Lake, only 15 minutes by car.
Ski/Board Out is a 20 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is directly back to the property (no walking).
Norquay is about 20 minutes. Sunshine is about 35 minutes. Lake Louise is about 45 minutes to an hour. Nakiska is about 45 minutes. Fortress is about one hour. Kicking Horse is about 1 hour and 45 minutes. There is an hourly bus service from Railway Ave, Canmore, to Banff.

We recently stayed at contemporary film condo in Canmore Crossing. The location was fabulous and very central. It was wonderful being so close to a grocery store. The condo was perfect for our family.

A group of 6 of us stayed in this condo for our February break, and we all agreed that we couldn't have asked for anything more.

The room accommodated us very comfortably, and we never found ourselves crowded at any point in our stay. The fully equipped kitchen was key for our stay, and having a bbq and our own personal deck was even better. We even found that the hot-tub on the roof was far from busy, and was extremely convenient after long days of shredding. With Safeway and the Liquor Story only a minute walk from our door, and an underground parking spot with a locker for our boards, I would confidently say our accommodation offered the best location to stay in Canmore. We all loved it. We'll be back next year.

Canmore is just an hours drive from Calgary International airport and nestled in The Canadian Rockies on the edge on Banff National Park. Along with the golfing and skiing, Canmore has a hidden treasure, the Canmore Caverns better know as The Rats Nest Caves. They are accessible all year with a guide and are suitable for both beginners and experienced cavers.

Extremely clean and a lot bigger than I first thought with everything you need for a relaxing break. I spent a good few weeks exploring the mountains and local areas.
