Pros:
- Very well located - near everything, including the Bow River
- Very clean,
- Convenient parking space
- Everything you need is there.

Cons:
- Very hot - you might need to open the windows (even during winter). Unfortunately, it can be noisy outside (it is near the Canmore bus station and a busy intersection).
- Noisy kitchen appliances (refrigerator and microwave);
- No recycling bins in the building;
- The BBQ (broken) did not work when we were there

We are sad to hear there were items that you felt were less than perfect!

For the heat, we are having air conditioning installed in short order, which should help with the heat and any of the noise from the road (Main Street is one block away).

For appliance noise, we will be sure to check our appliances, I'm not sure if there is a setting for the electronic beeping on the microwave or to stop the ice maker in the fridge, but we will check.

As for the bbq, unfortunately the guests immediately prior to you left it on for too long, and we weren't able to install the replacement parts until after your stay.

And as for the recycling bins in the building, unfortunately individual property owners don't influence the building policy.

We stayed here on our round trip through Canada to explore the Banff NP. We found it very comfortable and much more valuable than an expensive hotel in Banff or Lake Louise. The apartment has superb-washing machine, kitchen plus fast Wifi. We would definitely come back.

We were pleased with our time at this condo. It was extremely clean, and conveniently located. Paying through paypal was great and the return of our deposit was prompt. The only disappointment was that there was no AC and it was difficult to sleep in because of the traffic noise outside, also there was no floor fan in the unit.

We apologize for the traffic noise: this is not something we have heard before from our guests, as this location is a block from Main Street and far from Railway Avenue, which is the loudest street in Canmore.

As for the A/C, we have found that generally there is no need for it, as the average highs in the hottest months are 21º C (70º F) with night-time lows around 7º C (45º F).

As for the fans, we actually have 3 fans in the unit: there is a table top fan in each bedroom, and there is a large floor fan in the closet available for guest use, if required.

Great condo with every comfort - a real home away from home. My family and I felt extremely comfortable from the moment we walked in and it helped make our annual ski vacation to Canada one of our best ever. If we come back next year, we would have no hesitation in booking this condo again. It is highly recommended!
