Booking Deposit

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
A valid credit card number is required as a Damage Deposit. A hold will be placed on the card for the duration of the stay. In lieu of a credit card number, a $300 Damage Deposit will be collected one month prior to arrival (returned within 2 weeks of departure).

We totally enjoyed the stay. Our 3.5 yr son loved watching the trains pass by. They did not interfere with the night's sleep either, so came as a total bonus.
Kitchen fully equipped with everything one may need, even for a New Year's eve dinner cooking and baking for six!
I always love my bedroom chilly, but the floors in it would totally benefit from a couple of rugs to run to and from bathroom and change before and after sleep.
The sofas in the main room are so old you can hardly get up (esp. when 30+ wks pregnant) from them. They do need to be replaced or refurbished with new foam.
That being said, the place is still very cozy, conveniently located nicely decorated with local art, fully and traveller-friendly equipped and very well priced.
