If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
A valid credit card number is required as a Damage Deposit. A hold will be placed on the card for the duration of the stay. In lieu of a credit card number, a $300 Damage Deposit will be collected one month prior to arrival (returned within 2 weeks of departure).

It was a great place to stay. I was at home when I walked in: very quiet, no noise whatsoever. Was clean and very roomy. I liked the view and the bedroom was perfect; I will definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

We loved the stay here and the walking distance proximity to the centre of Canmore. Our fur family really enjoyed the ease of use trails right out front door. The gym with pool and climbing wall is right around the corner as well as restaurants and stores all the faucets of the city within walking distance. we would definitely rent this property again!

We recently stayed at this property after travelling from Australia and meeting our grandson in Canmore. We found that this property has all anyone could need as well as being close to both Banff and Lake Louise. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was clean and tidy. We loved it and have recommended it to friends and will continue to do so.

Our centrally located condo will feel like your home away from home. We are long-term Bow Valley residents and thus our home features special touches not found in any hotel or typical vacation home, such as games, music, books, and movies.

The Condo is 1195 square feet and features a master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room. The open concept living room-dining room-kitchen opens onto a large balcony overlooking the Three Sisters and Rundle mountains. Our home has a very comfortable feeling. The view is amazing. Local amenities (groceries, liquor, restaurants) are less than a one-minute walk away. With a five-minute walk you can be in the heart of downtown Canmore - full of shops, restaurants, and galleries.

As Canmore was originally a mining town, the town core was built around the rail line. This means that the majority of downtown properties and hotels back onto the rail line -- including this property. If sitting on the balcony, or in the living room with the balcony doors open, you can definitely hear the train as it passes. Once the door is closed, the train is no louder than a car passing. The master bedroom is located on the opposite end of the property. Properties in this part of town were built with extra soundproofing so the train would not be a problem. We can actually hear the train louder from our house (which is 6 blocks from the rail line) than at the condo because our house does not have the same soundproofing.
