If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
A valid credit card number is required as a Damage Deposit. A hold will be placed on the card for the duration of the stay. In lieu of a credit card number, a $300 Damage Deposit will be collected one month prior to arrival (returned within 2 weeks of departure).

The unique features of the home will add to your vacation memories, as each piece seems to have a story all its own.

Main Level: The large foyer leads into the open concept kitchen/dining area with hardwood flooring throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare the perfect meal while enjoying the mountain and river view. Enjoy a quick bite to eat at the eat-in kitchen (seats 6), sit down for a grander meal at the dining room table (seats 8), or head out to the deck to enjoy your meal in the great outdoors. You can relax in the spacious living room in front of the gas fireplace while other guests curl up on the couth to enjoy a movie. There is also a 3-piece bathroom and laundry room on the Main Floor.

Upper Level: The upper level features the two-level Master Bedroom with Queen Bed in the loft, and dressing area and seating area on the lower level. Take a seat for quiet reflection while gazing upon the mountains peaks, or step out onto the upper balcony from the Master Bedroom patio door. The spacious upper level bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass enclosure, toilet and vanity with plenty of storage. At the end of your day of hiking/skiing/golfing, enjoy a soak in the slipper clawfoot tub. You'll feel like you are miles away from civilization.

The upper level is also home to Bedroom 2 with a Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 with a Double Bed. Bedroom 4 with a Double Bed, and a Double Futon in a Loft Area above the bedroom. The positioning of the upper balcony makes it the perfect spot to enjoy both the mountain sunrise and sunset.
