Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1200.00 CAD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Fantastic. Our family of 10 just spent an amazing Christmas week here. The house was big enough to handle this large group of 10 with 3 floors of living space. The kids all stayed in the "cabanas" (bunk beds) in the loft and the rest of the family had 4 bedrooms elsewhere. The chalet had a hot tub and an amazing view of the mountains plus a lovely fireplace. It was a short commute to Sunshine and Lake Louise ski hills. The small town of Canmore had everything you would want from a ski hill town. The owners were great responding to all email requests immediately. Everybody had a great stay and would stay again. We highly recommend this vacation chalet.

We were five adults and five children (ages 2 1/2 to 8) who thoroughly enjoyed this home. Two of my granddaughters walked into the house and said, "This is amazing!" It was a pleasure to come "home" to this space at the end of a busy sightseeing day. We enjoyed the hot tub, the loft beds, the bunk beds, the indoor fireplace, the outdoor fire pit, and of course, the VIEWS!! The kitchen was well stocked, linens were plentiful, and beds were comfortable. Thank you!

My family of 6 stayed at this house in mid June. The location was perfect, walking distance from Canmore but in a quiet neighborhood. The living room had a beautiful view of the mountains. One couple stayed on the first floor where there were three bedrooms. One couple stayed on main floor in master suite; and the teenagers stayed in the loft area. Everyone felt they had their own space yet the main floor easily accommodated everyone for meals. We cooked a couple meals at the house and had breakfast there daily. It's a very short drive to the entrance to Banff National Park.

If I return to this area, I'll definitely stay in this house again.

It's located a short wooded walk along the river valley from downtown; a 15 min walk from the local park, Quarry Lake Heritage Park (great for skating in the winter, beautiful scenery for runs and walking).
The Canmore Nordic Centre (cross country skiing/mountain biking) is 5 min drive away, Norquay is 20 min (downhill/snowboard), Sunshine 30 min and Lake Louise 50 minutes away on double lane highway. Great mountain bike trails all over.
