The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1200.00 CAD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 4 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

We rented this property July 2 - July 8, 2014 and it was perfect for our family trip. We had 6 adults and 1 four-year-old and there was plenty of space for all. Everyone had a great sleeping space and with three bathrooms there was space for all. My husband and I took the two lower bunk beds and could not believe how comfortable they were. My niece loved her own space in one of the beds in the loft. Great, well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area. Great seating area in the loft and family room if you wanted a quiet place to read or watch tv.

The view from each deck area was fabulous. Close to Banff and many other places we wanted to see. Unbelievable scenery!

I would recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. The house is very spacious, and even with 5 adults in the home we never felt cramped at all. The main floor has an awesome view of the surrounding mountain range. The hot tub worked great and was a nice retreat after a full day of skiing. I would definitely return. The ski resorts are a little drive but what an incredible drive.

This home was even better than we were expecting. It was absolutely stunning inside with a view to match. We had family visiting from England and wanted to stay in a place that would give them the real 'Canadian Rockies Experience' and this house definitely did not disappoint.
It was kept immaculately clean and had everything you could need.
The owners were very friendly and great to deal with.
Can't wait to go back again!

This is a beautiful home in a lovely, safe neighborhood just minutes from downtown Canmore. It accommodated the 8 adults in our group very well and would work for an even larger group. The decks, hot tub, fireplace and other amenities really added to the enjoyment of our trip. The owner told me that the view from their deck was one of the best in the area and I agree with her! We have done many vacation rentals by owner and this was by far our best experience and the price is very reasonable.

This home has lovely views of the mountain peaks and is located close to the town centre. Behind the home you can find a greenbelt trail that leads you right to center of town. It is a 30 min drive to Banff National Park where many interesting hikes begin. We enjoyed the fireplace and comfort of seating 7 in the expansive living room. Outside dining and the barbeque grill were a real plus too. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was soothing after long hikes.It was MORE than we expected in terms of amenities, views, and kitchen supplies. Only recommendation would be to have one blow dryer for the ladies! Communication with the owners was timely and easy to reach for information. We would definitely stay here again!

This vacation home is amazing. The size was perfect for our extended family (my husband, myself and our 2 little children, as well as my parents and my sister). The views are breathtaking and we certainly enjoyed the hot tub as well as the fire pit. The kids had plenty of room to play and move about the home (especially our 9 month old who had just learned to crawl and loved exploring every nook). Everything was great, although the kitchen could use a new set of dinnerware as a lot of them were chipped. But this is understandable with the amount of renters that must come through this beautiful home.
We would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away in the mountains.
We hope to return again next year!
So thankful that the homeowners shared their lovely home with us.

We enjoyed a vacation of a lifetime in Banff, Canada, and used the Canmore cabin as our "base" camp. The location was convenient to everything and the cabin was perfect. The Canmore community was very friendly and directed us to the must see and do's. The weather was incredible and the scenery breath taking. We hope to return and enjoy the mountains and all their glory again.

This property was the perfect place to gather family for a small wedding in Canmore. The house was very accommodating for guests from age 2-65. The kids enjoyed the park and access to hiking trails a short walk away, while the adults were able rest in the great room reading and soaking in the wonderful mountain views. We look forward to booking the property again!

The Canmore Nordic Centre (cross country skiing) is 3 min drive away, Norquay is 15 min (downhill/snowboard), Sunshine 30 min and Lake Louise 50 minutes away on double lane highway. Great mountain bike trails all over.
