Discreet Flatlet with Swimming Pool Minutes from Sandy Beaches Golfe Juan The flat is one of the 16 secure flatlets in "Le Palestrina" a gated property that has a swimming pool, and allocated parking spaces. The property has slight sea view and is 3 minutes walk to the sandy beaches nearby, the town, the restaurants and the leisure port of Camille Rayon, home of the most luxurious yachts of the region. The flat is ideal as a base for all events in Cannes ( Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix ,MIPIM, MIDEM ), for short term breaks and can also accommodate a 1 - 2 weeks holiday for couples with 1 or 2 very young children (included in rent) that can use the freshness of the pool facilities when the weather is too hot for the beach. Art lovers, will be interested to visit Vallauris, with its Picasso murals, museum that sports Massier famous potters and is an ideal base for trips to other art centers and Michelin stars restaurants in the region, Mougin, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Antibes and of course, our close neighbour Cannes, with its weekly Fireworks musical displays competitions (from 15 July for 6 weeks).

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a one-time fee of 3.60. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 28 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1600 EUR, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
