Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.25 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 200 USD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 125 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 200 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
