Breathtaking Panoramic Atlantic Ocean views await you in this oceanfront unit in Captains Walk Palmetto Dunes Resort in Hilton Head SC. Recently renovated with all new furniture and appliances. You will truly enjoy your stay in the low country of South Carolina. The Villa is a 2 BR - 2 BA. Wake up every morning with coffee on the balcony accessible to the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Enjoy the sunrise, people watching, dolphin watching and the occasional deer. The master bedroom is equipped with a King and the second bedroom with a Queen, Twin with Twin trundle and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep up to 8. The Twin, Queen and King beds have Tempurpedic mattresses for a great night sleep. All main areas are well lit with LED recessed lighting with LED lamps throughout the bedrooms. The master has an overhead fan with light combo with a convenient wall switch to control fan speed and dim the lights. Utilize the well equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. You will find a range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, keurig and traditional coffee makers, toaster, ninja blender, hand mixer and everything you need to make meals from simple to sophisticated. An open kitchen layout with granite throughout invites your use. Laundry room located off the kitchen is there for your use with a new washer and dryer. Open floor plan for the dining room and living room with 9 foot ceilings. Dining room table seats 6 with 3 additional bar seats right beside the table at the bar. Great size for eating and playing cards. Living room has plenty of seating on the leather queen sleeper sofa, fabric love seat and 2 accent chairs. Three Samsung 4K Smart TV's throughout the Villa to watch Hargray Cable or use the Smart TV apps to sign in to watch your favorite shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime just like at home. Master has a 50", 2nd Bedroom a 40" and the Living Room a 55". Updated and clean bathrooms located in the Villa. Newly tiled shower - tub combo's in both bathrooms with a large built in cabinets off the master bathroom. The built in is separated from the shower area so go ahead and invite the grandparents or another family and use it to quickly get ready to go out for the evening while others can still utilize the toilets and showers. Short walk or bike ride to the general store, fishing - kayak lagoon, 3 championship golf courses, 26 tennis courts and multiple restaurants; Palmetto Dunes Resort has it all. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Stripe
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
