We has a wonderful stay in Carcassonne ! Experienced most sites in the area, including one leg of Tour de France ! The fireworks on the 14th were unbelievable and I believe we have tried most of the wines from the area. The apartment is perfect for us, two couples and two 16 year old girls ! Sophie thanks for the herbs. I think you need to get a new Rosemary (note the rosemary survived).
