Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 100 GBP.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 50 GBP is due on arrival.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 45.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
