LOCATION: Your vacation home is located in the most desirable neighborhood of Bocagrande directly in front of the beach with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Old city is 1.4 miles and the airport is 10 minutes away. THE BUILDING: Morroscity is a modern 41 story touristic building designed to have the same look and feel as a 5-star luxury hotel. The experience begins when you arrive at the beautiful open-air expansive driveway filled with lush tropical vegetation. The lobby welcomes you with a magnificent spacious, bright, clean and well-decorated lobby sure to make you feel special. At the front desk you will be greeted by the Morroscity friendly staff and welcomed as a guest. Morroscity has truly set the new standard in upscale vacation rentals and homes. AMENITIES: The amenities include an extra-large resort style pool with, Jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room and guest lounge. One unique feature your poolside paradise has is its Wi-Fi. Your Wi-Fi has an extended reach which means you will be able to stay connected though-out the entire pool area. THE CONDO: This is my 4th condo in Cartagena and is my premier vacation rental. The experience begins when you open the door to your condo and witness the elegant décor only to be complemented by the beautiful natural stone wall in the living room. Walk thru the balcony doors and hold your breath; your eyes are about to embrace one of the most beautiful sights you have ever seen; all the magnificent views are before your eyes. The ocean, beach, pool and old city are all before your eyes. You have arrived. And welcome to Cartagena!

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 09:00 PM To 09:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 200.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 30.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking is free.
