This villa is one of the few 3-story buildings, offering a panoramic view from the terrace of the master bedroom on the 3rd. Floor. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms/bathrooms, ea. With a balcony. On the ground floor, a large social area is divided into a living room (right side) and a dining room (left side), latter adjoining to a spacious kitchen, maid & service quarters. (Also, there is an other room in an annex, with an independent entrance to the drive-way, which is not for rent, kept for owner's use, storage.
The villa is constructed with prime materials: marble floors, roof tiles, and mahogany wood. Large glass windows and doors offer a great view to the terraces and tropical garden with sugar cane, banana, lemon, cherry and mango trees growing. The terraces hold a covered seating area on one side and an open area with pool and separate jacuzzi on the other.
Full maid and part-time cooking service included. Friendly neighbors. RELAX, ENJOY, as we do.
Casa DE Campo, "most complete resort in the Caribbean" offers: Private beach, marina & yacht club, hotel (part of "Leading hotels of the world"), shopping center & cinemas, restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis & riding centers, polo fields and the artist village Altos DE Chavon.
Long-term rentals are welcomed.
