Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and more has been painstakingly redone to provide the ultimate in luxury for your vacation. This unit offers spectacular ocean views from both master bedroom suites, and all living areas. Feel the sunshine, hear the sound of the ocean, enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the privacy of your own oasis…it doesn’t get better than this. 1) At 1650 square feet, it is over 200 square feet larger than the typical 2 bedroom; 2) both bedrooms are oceanfront, as opposed to the majority of the other 2 bedroom condos which have a floor plan where the second bedroom has no ocean view or balcony. 3) It has much larger balcony space and provides room enough outside on this balcony for a dining table, lounge chairs and deck chairs--all completely private. Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 30.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Internet Service & Fee
Internet is included in the rent
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls and calls to the US and Canada are included in the rent.
Payment Methods
Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking or more days prior to arrival) We prefer payment by check
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. 50% due to complete reservation, the remaining balance plus any security deposit due 3 weeks prior to stay.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of your stay. For cancellations which occur more than 30 days from the date of your stay, there will be a refund so long as the condominium is re rented to another party. In such a case the cancelation fee shall be $75.00.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older.
