This two bedroom unit comes with a full kitchen, living area, and a patio overlooking the pool and countryside. This Santa-Fe style resort has something for everyone, whether YOU'RE into water sports or you just want to explore the Okanagan Valley. With there being so much to do around town, Casa Del Mila Oro is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a couples getaway. Tour the area's world-renowned wineries, go water skiing on pristine Okanagan Lake, or just relax beside the pool. The condo has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom, and one with a bunk bed. The unit also has a pull-out couch, allowing up to six people to live comfortably. The condo features a full kitchen, washer and dryer,2 flat screen TV's, spacious living area, and a patio or balcony. Other on-site amenities include a pool, hot tub, beach, and boat dock. Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
