The Caribbean ocean is quite calm, due to the reef 200 yards offshore. It is also not too cold, so comfortable to swim in.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 90 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due on arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Deposit may be by check, which will be returned to the renter by the manager, following his satisfactory inspection of the apartment

Walk into this condo, and be swept away by the panoramic (180 degree) views of the turquoise sea, blue skies, and white sands. This is Casita’s prized apartment, with its third-floor corner location, unparalleled Caribbean views, and spacious 3-bedroom layout.

Our condo is newly renovated, with furnishings native to the Yucatán. Only this condo in Casita has a direct ocean view from the master bedroom, so you can fall asleep to the gentle surf or wake to the rising sun. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area seats 6. On the large balcony, you can nap in the lounge chair, or just drink in the view. The apartment has twice weekly maid service, and quality linens and towels

The Casita is in a small quiet complex on the ocean in the charming village of Puerto Morelos. Enjoy its beautiful gardens, swimming pool, lounge chairs, palapas, and the fabulous beach, to swim, kayak, and snorkel. The manager, Roberto, is charming, helpful and friendly.

A few blocks away is the town of Puerto Morelos, a hidden jewel unspoiled by over-development. You can find first-class diving/snorkeling along the offshore coral reef. The town also has fantastic restaurants, a grocery store, an English-language bookstore, weekly farmer and artisan markets, local spas and yoga classes. It's an easy drive north to Cancún or south to Playa del Carmén for shops and nightlife. Or head south along the Riviera Maya to see its famed archaeological sites and ecological parks.
