Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please Note - the security deposit cheque will be cashed to ensure funds are available if any damage occurs. A cheque will be sent to you once the property has been inspected, less damage costs, if any.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.

We were here for 5 days to attend a ski competition. This property is in a fantastic location; being just out of the village it's so quiet, but with easy ski access to and from the slopes at the end of the street.
The house is great for 2 families with 3 bathrooms and plenty of room to move.
Loved the fireplace at the end of the day and the coziness and homely feel with everything you need.
Would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

My wife and I and our 3 kids stayed at this cabin for five nights over spring break. This was the best accommodation we have had in our six years of spring skiing at Apex Mountain.The cabin (really a house) was spotless when we arrived and there was a fire all ready to light in the wood burning stove. There was also enough pre-cut wood for us to light a fire every morning which my wife really appreciated. The kids loved the upstairs area with foosball table, lovely chess set and TV (plus DVD, VCR, music player and a selection of DVDs and CDs). The kitchen was great - more than fully stocked with everything you need - and the kitchen table, which seats 8, was a great place to sit and play cards and board games (we brought our own but there were already lots there to choose from). I especially appreciated the small round table by the window and next to the wood burning stove which was a great place to read the morning paper and ignore the kids. The cabin is located close enough to the ski hill to be ski-in/ski-out but far enough away to feel like you're in the woods. The people in the neighbourhood were also really friendly. This is a great winter home away from home.

A wonderful Cabin to share with family and friends. Large and spacious cabin. Great kitchen table to enjoy meal times together (sat 10!). The owner did an excellent job of responding to all my questions before our stay. Would recommend this cabin to anyone and will be back again! Everything you need to have a great time at the hill.

Our Chalet is a family friendly, spacious three storey cabin (2400 sq.Ft.). It is located on Whitetail Road, a quiet cul de sac close to the village (a 5 minute walk). It is a short walk down the street to the Ski-in/Ski-out trail.
Enjoy the combined living, dining, and kitchen area with a cosy wood burning stove (all wood supplied). The main floor also includes a full bath, laundry room, deck access and roomy boot room. The well equipped kitchen seats 8 - 10 in comfort. The second floor loft area includes TV, VCR, DVD, Foos Ball and games area. It has 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a sleeping nook with double bed, and a bathroom. The third floor consists of a spacious 400 sq.Ft. Bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 queen bed, it also has a bathroom.
Additional features include large deck, patio area with fire pit, covered wood storage, ample parking for up to 4 vehicles, BBQ, washer and dryer and plenty of charm!
