The home boasts Spectrum cable TV and wireless internet. Our home is just a 2 minute stroll to the Oasis Club, where you can swim in several pools, float in a lazy river. You can sip on a drink from the Tiki Bar as you watch the little ones play in the splash zone or zip down the water slide. There is also dining, an arcade room, and a fitness facility at the Oasis Club. The Oasis Club is included in your stay unlike other communities you may be viewing. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 120 or more days prior to arrival)

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. $750.00 When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 6 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 10 adults and 8 children.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 350.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
