Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee.
An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 99.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.
