Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancelled over 45 days from check in or 50% if cancelled more than 14 days from check in. No refund 14 days or less.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit
