This beautifully themed home is located at Champions Gate Resort, a quiet and prestigious area. Just minutes away from Disney, with easy access to major roads and the airport. Close to Attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Our kitchen is fully equipped, with all the utensils. House has a movie theatre. The world-class resort amenities are sure to impress. Enjoy a huge resort-style pool with water slides, splash park, Volley Ball, Onsite Restaurant, Onsite Movie Theatre, 24 - 7 Security. The space Beautiful Single-family house, with private pool, spa (heat is extra $45 per night for pool and spa). Fee for the hot tub only is $35 per night. House is over 3300 sq ft!!! Please note that we take no responsibility if Resort or county decides to close again due to COVID-19.* CHAMPIONS GATE RESORT Guests will enjoy all the resorts amenities and facilities, including access to the 10,000 square foot European-style spa and fitness facility, two Greg Norman-designed championship golf courses, formal pool with private cabanas, heated family pool with water slide and 850-foot lazy river and Orlando’s only resort wave pool, Champions 9, par-3 golf experience, five restaurants, eateries and lounges. Other things to note Ring doorbell camera is outside of the house facing the street, and is recording during a reservation, NO cameras inside the home. We offer pool - spa heating for an additional $40 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warmed up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). I recommend to let us know in advance that you want this option so when you get to the house, the pool will be heated already. Gas Grill: There will be a $40 fee for using the gas grill. This fee is a cover charge for the cleaning of the grill. You will not need to clean the grill before checkout. Guests will also be responsible for filling the propane tank. If the tank is full on your arrival, feel free to use it, but if there is no gas, the guest is responsible for refilling it for use. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Cancellation within 17 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
