The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. 100% refund if cancelled over 45 days from check in or 50% if cancelled more than 14 days from check in. No refund 14 days or less.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
