The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled over 45 days from check in or 50% if cancelled more than 14 days from check in. No refund 14 days or less.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Discover Card, Venmo, Stripe, Zelle
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 1 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
