Living space is 500m2, 9 bedrooms, 9 double beds, 7 bathrooms, hosts up to 18 adults An ultra age-old olive tree of great historical and cultural value has given the name to the region and was also the source of inspiration for the name of the complex. The story says that once it was the only tree in the area. Today it stands out because of its size. The trunk at the base has a perimeter of 13 meters and it is divided into 5 other trunks that form a huge nest. The surrounding area is shaped for the protection of the tree as well as for the use of the shade and tranquility that offers. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 90 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
