Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge.
PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 400 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.

The 2 families with grown up kids spent 4 great nights at this Chateau on the Ridge unit, thank you to a host. We felt at home once we opened a door. Welcoming Bottle of wine and big box of Lindt chocolate was a nice surprise.:-).
Lovely Christmas tree was lit and instructions for everything under your hand, we love also reclining sofas. How nice was to relax after skiing with glass of wine and watch movies while kids playing board games upstairs.
The home has everything you can think. TV with all channels including sport and movies, Netflix , internet ... Kitchen equipped with modern fridge, stove, and tons of quality kitchenware, we even found our favorite spices for steaks. one of the best part was a view from the windows .

Chateau on the Ridge features classic Bavarian-style architecture with great ski-in/ski-out access. A non-smoking condo is a spacious, comfortable, 1700 square foot unit with plenty of windows to view the activities on the ski slopes and the surrounding mountains and valley. After a great day on the slopes, relax in one of the five outdoor hot tubs tucked away into balcony alcoves around the building (hours 1-10 pm). The unit can be rented as a 4 bedroom plus loft (2 queen size sofas) including kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, ski locker, entrance and washer/dryer. An underground garage is available for only 1 vehicle. Unlimited parking is available in the parking lot at Happy Valley in the area designated as long term stay. The unit is available year-round for skiing in the winter, biking, and hiking in the summer. Kelowna is only 1 hour away. It is located 5-minute away from the main village.;
