Our condo at Margate Gardens is an attractively and comfortably furnished fully air-conditioned 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit ground floor apartment. The open floor plan living and dining areas allow for a cool and breezy setting and you will enjoy dining on the private sheltered patio. Sleep comfortably in the large master bedroom with its king-size bed, en-suite and plenty of closet space. For additional comfort, there is a second shared bathroom. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and finishes and laundry facilities. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is a digital customizable keypad safe to store your valuables . Margate Gardens complex, complete with a spacious shared swimming pool and lush, tropical, beautifully maintained gardens, is a secure, gated, ideally situated condominium complex on the pristine south coast of the island. It is directly opposite Barbados’ first Boardwalk by the sea, complete with panoramas, seats and retreats and perfect for an early morning - late evening run - stroll. The location is ideally situated close to all south coast beaches and the popular Accra Beach is within walking distance as are some well-known restaurants such as Tapas, (directly across the street) Blakey's, Naru, Art Splash and Blue Pineapple--all popular and recommended. Next door to the complex is Lanterns Mall offering a variety of shops, a bank, a food court and convenience stores including a pharmacy. Golfing and other recreational facilities are also nearby. The complex is ideally located on the public transport route and for those hiring a car, a secure parking space is allocated. Taxi service is within close proximity and available at all times. The unit also available for long-term rentals and can be rented as a one (1) bedroom unit. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation within 7 days, there is no refund.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
