1. Booking deposit. Payment of 25% of the total due or 1 night's accommodation, whichever is the greater. Payable by credit card when booking. Payment by cheque, bank draft or money order within 10 days. This is non refundable.

2. Full Payment. Outstanding balance payment is required 35 Days prior to arrival.

3. Damage and security deposit. To secure against damages a refundable deposit of $600 for each unit is taken as a pre-authorization on credit card the day of check in. This is used if any damage is done to the property, telephone charges, lost keys or excessive cleaning is required. The charge for lost keys is $100 to cover re keying the locks. We inspect all property before and after rental for damage, lost items and cleanliness. Please note renters are fully legally responsible for any charges over and above the collected damage and security deposit.

4. Age Restriction & Behavior. Primary renter must be over 25 years old and must be the credit card holder. Upon arrival the credit card used to book the property must be presented and confirmed as that of the renter. All customers must be named and ages given at time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any booking if the information provided is incorrect. Monies are non-refundable. Our properties are for families and mature groups, if renters behavior is unreasonable, noisy, aggressive or renters disobey curfews and house rules necessitating eviction any pre paid rent monies, deposits and purchases shall be considered earned and is therefore retained.

5. Cancellation. For bookings more than 4 weeks prior to arrival, a renter has up to 48 hours to cancel a booking without penalty. After 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable. If the full amount has been paid, 4 weeks or less from the arrival date, no refund is due unless we are able to take a replacement booking. Then 75% of the total is returned. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks the full amount would be due on booking, within 24 hours a full refund would be made if canceled. After 24 hours a refund of 75% would be made only if a replacement booking was made.

6. Rental Rules. Renters will take care and respect the accommodation that has been rented. Ski/ Snowboard gear will be kept in designated storage areas, no outdoor footwear is permitted in the units. Renters agree to immediately report to us any damage.

Self catering renters are required to wash and put away all dishes and put dirty towels in the bath tub, leave the accommodation organized and tidy, leaving garbage in the designated area. If you require cleaning services contact us PRIOR to departure. Any cleaning considered by us to be "additional" will be taken from your deposit.

7. Check In Time. 4pm to 11pm. Information for picking up keys will be sent to you 4 weeks prior to arrival.

8. Check out time. 10 am. If you are late leaving a $200 per hour fee applies. We have to clean for our next guests.

Great house! We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space for everybody to roam and everything you would need for a holiday. Stayed during the week and it was very quiet. September Vacation at the Lake Fantastic Location right on the lake with a beautiful sandy beach. Very nice neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Large, well equipped house. The downstairs of this property was very nicely renovated. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! We had a great 2 week vacation at the Bayside Retreat! There was plenty of room for our 2 families and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The beach and wharf were in good shape. The neighbours were very friendly and chatty. We did have to clean out the barbecue before it would work but everything else was in excellent condition. Bayside Shore Experience A wonderful time at the Bayside Retreat!Kayaking and enjoying the dock was great for us and our dogs! A third queensize bed would have been great and a ceiling fan on the Patio/table deck, plus installing a railing in the tub/shower for older guests. It was a great vacation for us, we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience! Bayside Retreat The location of this cabin makes it an ideal holiday retreat. <br/>For the rental cost of the cabin the window and door screens on the main level NEED to be replaced. There are huge gaps and therefore allow many bugs and critters into the cabin. Evenings in the cabin were almost unbearable between the heat and the bugs. <br/>Daytime is great and the cabin provides everything needed for a fabulous holiday. Bayside Retreat Stay August We were two families sharing the property, and overall it was a fantastic place to spend days by the lake. Fantastic location, great dock, great sandy area and lawn. Although the furnishings and decor are somewhat dated, the kitchen is very well equipped and clean, washer and dryer are newer and work well and the beds/linens comfortable. Our only major concern was that some window screens were in need of replacement/repair due to ill-fit or holes, allowing bugs in. The management company has indicated they will look into thIs. It would also be nice if towels for outdoor use were provided, as we did not bring any with us, and if the BBQ could be replaced or cleaned and repaired. Christina Lake Accommodations -
Walk out the front door and onto a beautiful sandy beach from this large vacation home!. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to places to relax and admire the beautiful lake views from this dog friendly vacation home with three covered decks and a lakefront patio. The house fronts a 100 foot beach and has Sun from late morning until it sets over the mountains in the evening. Inside the house has ample space for a large family or group. The kitchen is located on the upper floor and has been recently renovated with new countertops and maple laminate flooring. The dining table off the kitchen has sweeping views over the water and is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with the family or board game during the heat of the day. The sun room also has large windows offering views of the lake and has been tastefully furnished with a wicker and wrought iron sofa setting. Head into the living room to find plenty of comfy spots to curl up with a good book and there's even a gas fireplace to put your feet up in front of during the colder months. The master bedroom is on this floor, furnished with a queen bed, it also has an ensuite with a separate toilet room. Escape the rest of the family from this room on your own private deck accessed by glass sliding doors. Moving into the main bathroom you'll find a small jacuzzi tub with an overhead shower, toilet and sink.

The lower floor has two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with a double, both with stunning vantages of the lake. There's a bathroom with a vanity and toilet for guests staying on the lower floor, as well as another patio with 4 lounge chairs ideal for a mid-afternoon siesta! This property has a separate sleeping cottage for larger groups who need extra sleeping space. The cottage is elevated above a lush grassed area and has great views over the lake. There are two sets of double/single bunk beds.
