Our apartment is spectacular at 1-minute walk from Seaside (most noble area of Fortaleza). We have various banks, super markets, bakeries, franchises restaurants all within less than 2 km. Apartment ready for your stay. Our apartment holds 6 people comfortably. The apartment is all on porcelain floors, Criare furniture in all rooms. Luxury shower's in both bathrooms. Sofa Bed with Italian leather, LED TV in both bedrooms and living room and gas water heater in the bathrooms. Guests are only 1 minute walk from Beira Mar, will have access to major banks, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, feirinha articles of local craft sea. At the building we have a leisure pool, one 25-meter lap pool, sauna, fitness center, barbecue area, games room, party room and two car garage with security 24 hours a day.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Travelers Cheques
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 20 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after mid-night.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
