Honeymoon and Caladisi islands are 5 minutes away and are protected nature reserves. Lake Tarpon with its famous fishing, is a 5 minute drive. We are not directly on the beach

A fee is charged for pool heat.
Fee of 150.00 USD is charged on every week (based on a minimum of 1 weeks)
This service is available between the months of December and April.
A guest must request this optional service.
Pool Heat is only available from December to mid-April.

Payments & Deposit

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival)
2.5% surcharge for payments made via Visa/Mastercard. 4% surcharge for payments made via Paypal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 300.00 USD.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 950.00 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 43 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 42 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600.00 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Screen Room
Large elegantly furnished family home with ample space for everybody. Set in a friendly family area, it has 2700 sq. Ft. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room, family/dining room, large kitchen/breakfast room and laundry room with full facilities.

Master bedroom has en-suite, queen bed and huge walk in closet. We supply a babies cot, high chair, stroller, games , pool toys and beach chairs/ umbrellas.
Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and huge walk in closet.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and huge walk in closet.
Family bathroom is in between these bedrooms.
Bedroom 4 is on a split plan style on the other side of the house, and has a queen bed, shower, sink and large walk in closet.

The living room has ample seating areas, TV/DVD/CD and stereo and leads to the family/dining room which comfortably seats 8 people. This room has a queen sofa bed and sliding doors that can be closed from the living room for privacy when used for sleeping extra people.

The large family kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped and caters perfectly for the family. It has European units, TV and a pass out window to the screen room.

The Large screen room has a "Bistro" style atmosphere and over looks the pool area.
The pool has ample patio furniture and when sitting there in the evenings, has a great view of the sunsets over Ozona.

A sun deck with BBQ and outside shower complete the outside facilities.
This is a single story, single family home close to Historic Downtown area of Old Palm Harbor, one of the best areas along this coastline.
Set away from the tourist areas, you are a short walk from the Gulf at St. Josephs sound with its park, Boardwalks and fishing pier.
The downtown area of Old Palm Harbor is very much "traditional" Florida, with its antique shops, good restaurants, historic cracker houses and laid back atmosphere. Here there are monthly street parties for everyone to enjoy.
The new YMCA with its great facilities is just a short walk away.
The Pinellas cycle/walking trail can be picked up from close by, and runs for miles both north and south, going past some of the coastline and many of the attractions. (Cycle rentals available there)
All within a 5 minute drive are some of the best beaches, lakes, and state parks in the county. Honeymoon and Caladesi islands are both nature reserves, totally unspoiled and offer all the family the most wonderful escape from it all. Caladesi beaches are constantly voted in the top 10 in the USA, being number one in 2008. Crystal Beach with its quaint little harbor is also a short drive.
Lake Tarpon is world known for its fishing and is lined with some beautiful state parks, with trails, BBQ areas, boating and viewing towers.
The "Greek" Sponge Docks of Tarpon Springs and the lovely marinas of Dunedin are also very close by.
For those coming for Golf, Palm Harbor has the championship course of Innisbrook and numerous other great courses close by.
For sporting fans, the area now has the Phillies Spring Training Ground within a 5 minutes drive.
Raymond James and Tropicana Field are also within a 30 minute drive.
For those seeking 'more to do' Clearwater Beach is just a 10 minute drive away.
