Description
You can feel nature just 120 km from Toronto. There are 2 cottages, one secluded cabin, and waterfront wood sauna on 100 acre property with 25 acre private trout lake. It's very quiet location. The cottage is perfect for a family or group of 8-9 people looking for relax. There is an additional summer room for 2-3 people (summer season only). We also offer a waterfront cabin for 2-4 people and trailer for 2 people (summer season only). A lot of summer activities: Fishing, swimming, canoes, pantoon, kayak, jogging, darts, basketball ring, ping pong table, chess (inc. In the price). Also close to golf, horse farms and Grey Highland falls and caves. Winter activities: Blue Mountain ski resort is about 20 km from the cottage. Devis Glen country club is just 7 km from our place. A short (7km) drive way to Dogsled Rob Roy. Highlands Nordic cross country skiing is just 8 km from this place. You can enjoy sauna or ice skating on our lake. There are: - large outdoor waterfront deck; - magnificent large living room with wooden fireplace; - kitchen fully equipped with all appliances; - fire pit; - charcoal and propane BBQ; It's a cozy cottage with charm and character.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 28 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 125 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500,00 CAD is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
