The kitchen is fully self-contained, very comfortable queen size bed in private bedroom, the bathroom has lovely heated floor and guests have their own in-suite laundry. There is a single bed size roll-away cot for 3rd guest or child. This self appointed apartment has a flat screen TV, Wifi, electric baseboard heat and everything you need for your home away from home.

Enjoy the peacefulness of this quaint little neighborhood while having all the conveniences of shopping and fine dining just minutes away. The fully fenced property offers guests their own private outdoor area to relax and take in the scenery. You are sure to see many local fauna graze as they stroll about the neighborhood. There is a guest barbeque to cook your fresh local food you can purchase right off the fishing boats at the nearby Comox Marina, or the Farmers Market.

Beautiful Goose Spit beach is less than a 5 minute drive. Look for the seals popping their heads out of the water as you walk the beautiful sandbars that stretch for ever, while eagles soar over head. Mt. Washington Alpine Resort is just a 30 minute drive. It offers year round recreational activities such as skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter, and beautiful alpine meadow trails to hike or mountain bike in the summer.
