SIBLING GETAWAY
Our second time time to stay at the 19th Hole and it was just as good as the first time! Perfect size to accommodate me & my 5 siblings. We love the location! It was a wonderful place to spend a fall weekend!

A little disappointed
We have actually stayed in this house before and the house itself is decent, it could probably use some upgrades as far as toilet seats and a couch, just to keep up with the other newer houses. I was disappointed for a few reasons. You have to keep in mind that there is a 70% chance the Frio isn't flowing so You count on the home to entertain you, right? Well there were no horseshoes, no volley ball net and the pool was very cloudy and was very very green, you couldn't even see your feet. We called the office to report the pool because they have a sign that says cloudy water is not safe. The office was very responsive and sent a pool tech, and he himself said something is wrong with the pool, the levels seem ok but something is definitely wrong and he said I wouldn't swim in it, so we didn't. So we had a non flowing river, no pool , no horseshoes, volleyball net. We made the best of it and played a lot of poker, lol. I think management needs to pay a little more attention to these pools because we spend a lot of money to not be able to use it.

Frio 2021
Wonderful location <br/>But was not impressed with the cleaning. When we arrived we noticed tons of pet hair .. it looked like the place hadnt even been swept.. we swept and mopped. Tons of scorpions as well my son and father both were stung in bed<br/>Our bathroom shower handle was barely hanging on and the tub didnt drain as well either.. main tv is living room never worked .. for as much as i payed i was disappointed.. but we will be back next year ��

3rd year at the 19th hole.
We have looked forward to this Stay but sadly it wasn’t as amazing as it usually was. We came into trouble in the beginning with the front door, it was completely jammed and hard to unlock. Also the Ac unit was as 75 and would not cool down evenly in the rooms. 3 out of the 4 were so Hot to be in during the day and sleeping in the warmth was completely uncomfortable. We moved it down to 71 and still it was very very uncomfortable. The restroom outside was full of bugs and cobbwebs like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. The fridge outside wasn’t cooling down any of the drinks. The kitchen lacked pots and pans, we kinda wish we would’ve known so we could’ve packed our own. The house is a beautiful one and we have made so many memories there but I think it’s time to find a different place to rent for next year. We will continue to cherish the memories we made there.

Great stay
The home was beautiful. I loved that it was stocked with things we needed especially trash bags. Beds were comfortable. The TV outside wouldn’t turn on. The Remotes in the bedrooms needed batteries so we couldn’t watch tv but other than that my family and I enjoyed our stay.

vacation place on the river
the best place ever<br/>the kids had a great time in the pool and went to play ground swing set when they got tired of swimming!! river water was low but we had the pool.. clean, quite place and this is our second year here and we will be back !!

Not the Same Quality We Used to Know :(
We are return customers. We had a fantastic experience when we stayed at the 19th Hole previously, but this time, it was very different. The house was not cleaned thoroughly prior to arrival (hair in the bathrooms, a bad stench in the laundry room, and an old pizza box containing food from another guest was found under the table in the living room- YUCK). Also, the pool seemed really grimy on the edges and was cloudy. Just disappointing.<br/><br/>Finally, the tubing process has changed. Frio Country no longer provides the service, so we had to drive up and down the river ourselves to go to independent float rental sites. Also, the rivers were so jam-packed, we had trouble even accessing the river to float!<br/><br/>We will not be returning.

NYE family fun
House was adequate but had a few glitches.<br/>The front left bedroom (with bunk beds) needs batteries for the smoke detector, was beeping when we arrived.<br/>One of the coffee makers is broken, we put it under the sink. Water leaked out of the reservoir when it was filed.<br/>Need a decent can opener, the one there doesn’t work. We left a couple of small cheap ones, but they did work.<br/>Need some cleaning supplies for spraying down counters, table, etc.<br/>No one was around when we checked out so left the key in the mailbox, wasn’t sure what to do. I called after leaving the keys and had to leave a message with the answering service. I was going to explain everything then but never got a call back.

2020 Family Frio vacation
The play area was a hit �� We enjoyed setting around the fire pit in the evening <br/>Though they need to check on the outside furniture, cause there were some chairs that were broken. Other then that we really enjoyed it <br/>

Happy Camper ��
We wanted to clean but the mop and broom were broken. The toaster was broken and pool was a little cloudy so we called "24/7" emergency number and no answer. Small things we adjusted to and could be over looked since the rest of the house was so amazing. We will be back!

Beautiful Home!
Home was great so much space, my kids loved the pool .I will defiantly be renting again next year. The only reason I ranked it a 4 out of 5 is because it didn't have Wi-fi and I had no service out there unless you are AT&T

Safe Bet
Great house for large groups. 4 large bedrooms & bathrooms to match. 1/2 bathroom located outside next to the pool. Large kitchen area for the whole group. The house is on a quiet street and the backyard/pool is hidden from the neighbors. Plenty of parking, very clean and close to the golf course. The management company is very helpful and responded immediately when I called asking for help. Highly recommend this property. Bring chairs & fans for the back porch/pool area.

Best Stay Ever!

vacation fun
Every year we have gone to Concan and rented beautiful houses. Every year we are fortunate to upgrade our stay and this was the best yet. We had to pay more for a place with a pool and this was worth every penny!

Our entire family loved our stay. Its not much to do on a Sunday but relax. We will return often. We recommend Frio Resort highly.

Nice rental

Couldn't be better!
We had a wonderful vacation experience. The property was great and I highly recommend it to big groups traveling together as it easily accommodates everyone comfortably. Everyone in our group was highly satisfied with the property because it is big, clean, well-maintained, and the house distribution is great (indoors and outdoors). It will be a vacation we will all remember, from big to small, because we had a wonderful vacation experience, it couldn't be better!

Awesome family vacation
My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this to any family.The house is very spacious and has alot of beautiful character to it.The kids enjoyed the pool which was a major plus. We also got to enjoy the frio river which was not far away from the home.

Frio Family Vacay
We had 4 families stay at this home and we were all very comfortable. All of our children look forward to our trip to the Frio and this home was so comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and all bathrooms had plenty of room as well.

Gorman trip to the Frio!
We had a terrific time and a great experience in our time at the 19th hole. One issue we had (one of the AC units was not working) was quickly resolved by the custodial crew. I would highly recommend the place if you are interested in vacationing in Concan. This home also provides a lot of privacy and is very close to all the action.

Incredible vacation!
Our stay at the 19th hole was incredible and everything we could have imagined. The house was clean, spacious, and the property suited our needs for 4 families who all vacationed here. The proximity to be river was excellent as well as other facilities.

Framily weekend getaway
Loved this house! Very spacious and excellent location. We all had a wonderful time. It was fun for the children and relaxing for us parents. Great combination it's hard to find a vacation spot that can full fill both age groups at once! Highly recommend this place and can't wait to do it again next year!

Memorial Day Frio Trip
My group and I had a blast! Although a little hard to find at first, the location was amazing! It's not as close to the river as the description makes it sound, but it's not too far either! The inside was amazing and spacious and the pool and bbq area in the back was awesome as well.
