Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
