The space This is in the heart of condado and the best tourist attractions with in minutes. Walk to the beach , park, churches or to your favorite restaurant. Go for some fun night at a concert or casino. Must visitplaces like old San Juan or New district T Mobile. Guest access We have in our commercial area a pizzeria, Mexican restaurant and local style Cafe for your convenience if you don't feel like walking to far for dinner lunch or breakfast. Other things to note No beach towels is provided. We provide must needed items to get you started if you need to get something after hours.There is Walgreens nearby 24hr also Grocery store nearby open 24hr.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Check In/Out times are not flexible. Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 10.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Zelle
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults., Maximum of 4 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) A guest must request this optional service. Do you have a dog allergy? Dogs have stayed at the property. Pets must not be left unattended. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
