    Only a 1 minute walk to the village, on the village skiway trail, this suite has everything you will need for a wonderful relaxing holiday. We proudly offer a well appointed accommodation for 2 people who want to enjoy all aspects of SilverStar, including the village in the evening. The condo enjoys a “quiet” that is not often found in other lower units. Although the owners live upstairs, you will be unaware they are there…..Except on a powder day……you will likely meet in the shared foyer, gearing up. The two homes not only share foyers but also an inside stairwell, making it very convenient to load and unload from the car park area. A fully appointed kitchen has all new full-size stainless steel appliances. The cozy living area includes a large screen 3D HDTV, with a surround sound system and wifi. You can enjoy movie nights in, relaxing in your oversized heated recliner. In keeping with the winter sports theme, please enjoy the decor of hockey collectibles. Your bedroom has a queen bed, with cozy goose down duvet/pillows. It has a generous dresser to allow you to unpack comfortably, and a large clothes hanging closet. The single sink bathroom has an oversized shower with a seat. We supply ample linens, soap and shampoo…toilet paper too, of course. Out the back door you will have a secure ski locker to house all of your winter play gear. The inside foyer has ample room to hang your wet clothes to dry, in preparation for your next day of fun. We prefer that skis NOT be inside the house, so unfortunately we do not have a waxing area. There is a set up in the village at the end of the path. As the owners of both units, we live upstairs. And as such, we maintain the driveway clear of snow at every snowfall We are a quiet adult family who also enjoy the outdoors. We do have a small dog who loves everyone, whom you will undoubtedly meet, but likely only once. He is hypo allergenic, in case that is an issue. Because of our old boy, we cannot entertain pets. Sorry. Should you require assistance in obtaining groceries, let us help you out. Please don’t hesitate to ask, and we can connect you to services.

Very close to Habana Libre, Nacional and Capri hotels, private and government restaurants and cafeterias as Waoo!, La Kapital, La Torre at the FOCSA building, Coppelia ice-cream parlor; lots of clubs, cinemas, theaters & many other attractions. Sweet Habana apartment is very clean and secure, luminous and airy. The living area has a TV with local channels and opens to a balcony; the dining room has seats for 6 and a large glass window that provides a good ventilation. In case guests prefer acclimatized room, the property is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave oven, gas stove with oven, a two doors refrigerator and a variety of electric appliances, cookware and dinner service. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom has double bed, TV and DVD player. It has direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a convenient double and a single bunk beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and hot and cold water. Clean bedding and bath, face and hand towels are provided as well as shampoo, soap and toilet tissue. Washer, iron and hanging lines are provided. There is smoke detector, Safety card and First Aid Kit. A land line phone for local calls and a local cell phone with ($10) credit are available for the use of the guests. Internet access is available at the hotels. WiFi is also available all along La Rampa Boulevard using a pre-paid card. The entire apartment is available for guests with the exception of the locked areas, reserved by the owner for storage. The building has wireless intercom. No elevator in the building, no easy access for handicapped persons. Parking is allowed on the street and there is a controlled parking area next to the building (tips are expected). Transportation is not an issue as there are plenty of old cars and regular taxis going by all the time, the City Tour bus stops in front of the building. There are several car rental agencies around but we would recommend you, if you are interest on renting a car, you should book it online in advance or contact the agencies by email or phone before you come. We appreciate our guests to have an ethical behavior. There are other family´s apartments in the building then we ask please, do not make unnecessary noises or play loud music. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, do it at the balcony instead. Pets are not allowed. In general Cubans are very friendly and like to talk and socialize with visitors. However is interesting to note that in tourist areas is common to find some persons who try to get advantage of foreign tourists. Guests should be very careful allowing other persons into the apartment. Guests are responsible for any offense that could happen in the apartment.

This condo is on the ground level of a home on the desirable Kassa Lane. Large kitchen with bar stools for 3 and a dining room table that comfortably seats 11 and has a very nice view. Great desk area in-suite if you have to finish a little work while on vacation. The hot tub is brand new and is nestled under a gazebo just behind the suite - this is shared with the upper unit but you will love it. Bonus: The shared hot tub is open during the winter and summer seasons only at no additional charge. On Brewer’s Pond has an attached garage for use to secure bikes and ski gear securely only. This garage cannot be used for cars. Great bonus at no additional fee. There are two outdoor parking spots for your stay. On Brewer’s Pond is a fully equipped suite with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.
